Pinkie McCloud and How She Saved Ballooze Book Review

Title: Pinkie McCloud and How She Saved Ballooze
Author: Eileen Goldenberg
Publisher: Guardian Angel Publishing
Pages: 32
Genre: Children’s Picture Book

Chloe LeQuinn was quick to judge the new girl in town, Pinkie McCloud. She and her friends made fun of Pinkie because of the tiny pink wings sprouting from her head. However, when a terrible Katrina- like storm hits the town of Balooze, it’s Pinkie who saves Chloe and the rest of the townsfolk.
Suggested age range for readers: 4-7
My Thoughts:
This is a beautifully written child's book that girls will especially love reading. It's cover is a wonderful shade of pink and baby blue and the pictures inside the book are awe inspiring.
But the best part about this short story is that Pinkie, a girl, is the hero of the story when she saves her town from the flood! Yeah for girl power!
It's short and sweet with lots of beautifully colored pictures that will give your daughter a most colorful imagination and hopefully some fantastic dreams!
Happy Reading!
