Matcha Green Tea Review & Giveaway**Closed**

I have really started liking Green Matcha Tea lately and am very blessed that Kiss Me Organics sent me this pouch of Organic Matcha to try out! I have tried it several ways but my favorite way is either hot just like regular tea or as a smoothie.
I have been so darn busy and haven't had the chance to try it in a baked good but there are tons of recipes that you can download off of Kiss Me Organics site and I am thinking of making either the Green Tea Cookies or Muffins for Christmas. Since they will turn out green, I thought, wow, this would make a colorful cookie or muffin! As you can see from the picture below, it really does look like just a green powder.

But don't let that chase you away. It really does make a great cup of tea. I almost didn't try it myself when I saw how dark it was. I was expecting regular green tea, you know, like in Chinese restaurants, with a clear look to it, so imagine my surprise when it was darker and not clear through at all!

You will love the taste and you won't want to miss out on all the health benefits that you will get from drinking Green Organic Matcha Tea! Check it out:
*ALL DAY ENERGY & FOCUS: Lift your vitality and concentration with the slow release natural energy from Organic Matcha
*CALORIE BURNING BOOSTER: Support your weight loss goals with an all-natural way to increase your body's metabolism
*LATTES | SMOOTHIES | BAKING: Kiss Me Organics Matcha Green Tea Powder arrives in an easy-to-use airtight health grade packaging allowing for as much or as little use as you need for any occasion. Enjoy a relaxing latte in the morning, bake a dozen cupcakes or simply add a small boost to your morning smoothie
*137x ANTIOXIDANTS OF BREWED GREEN TEA: Matcha Green Tea can only be used in a powdered form because, unlike brewed green tea, it contains the entire tea leaf which dramatically increases the nutritional content.
*IMPROVED HAIR & SKIN HEALTH: Scientists have discovered Matcha Green Tea helps protect from harmful UVA/UVB rays as well as free radicals damage.

Now, this is something that my best friend does. She makes a protein shake every morning and she has been adding Organic Matcha (one spoonful) into her blender along with whatever else she is throwing in there for color and for taste. But also for the awesome benefits that it holds. She then heads to the gym to do her thing. She swears by it so I guess I am going to have to get busy and find a recipe that I would drink. I do know that I desperately need the energy with RA and Fibromyalgia. I do drink a cup of hot tea at night but I need something for the mornings.

This is the recipe that I think I will use to make these cookies:

They will sort of resemble my Russian Tea Cakes Cookies but be green instead of white and more than likely to make them more healthy, I guess I will have to leave off the white powdered sugar! What do you think? That or the muffins?

Lastly, I wanted you to know why Kiss Me Organics Matcha Green Tea is really considered Organic:
It is important to us and our customers to fill our plates and our cupboards with as many organically produced products as we can. In a significant way, this is the only way to guarantee we are receiving the minerals and nutrients that nature intended.
Throughout history Matcha had always been organically grown and harvested, bringing health and vitality to the Far East throughout history.
At Kiss Me Organics we have taken our sourcing a step further as tea plants will absorb toxic elements from its environment and pass those along to you in greater concentrations than if you were just drinking the brew. So the first step in choosing an appropriate Matcha for your day-to-day is to ensure that it has been certified organic.
This means that harmful fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides have not been dumped on the plants – and thus will not make it into your body.
Unfortunately, sometimes simply choosing an organic Matcha is not enough. Many farms are still exposed to industrial pollution because of their geographic location.
Polluted rain water, toxic runoff in the soil, and noxious gasses from nearby plants are just a few of the ways that an organic tea farm could still be exposed to unsafe levels of toxins. The only way to ensure that you’re getting the safest product available is to choose a vendor who has lab-tested their leaves.
We tested tea samples from several organic farms to ensure that we’re bringing you the purest tea products available.
At we want to help our customers discovery the purity and the power of natural ingredients.
