Viatek Life Juicer Review

I recently got to review Viatek's Life Juicer and boy have we had some great fun in trying out some recipes! Okay, yes, at first I was a complete mess and it took me awhile to figure out how much of this and that to add to the juicer, but once I got that under control, it got easier. Mike was a lot better at it than I was.

At first, we couldn't decide what fruits and veggies to mix together that we would like so I said, let's just go strictly by the recipe book or recipes online and then we can tweek them as we go. So, that is how we started our juicing regime.

Product Description:
The Viatek Life Juicer produces more juice and retains up to 60% more vitamins than ordinary juicers. Most juice extractors on the market today chop, shred and strain...a method that generates low yield and wastes much of the valuable nutrients in food. The Life Juicer utilizes a masticating and pressing method of extraction, much like that employed by wine makers for thousands of years.
Known as a “slow juicer” for its operation at only 80 RPMs and 150 watt power usage, the Viatek Life Juicer actually releases more vitamins, minerals, enzymes and phytonnutrients than conventional juicers that rip and tear through foods at 10,000 RPMs and suck up to 1,500 watts of power. However names can be deceiving as it actually juices more quickly than high-speed models, eliminates oxidation and separation and expels a dryer pulp for less waste!
It does come with a manual and a recipe booklet. I have to admit that my very first attempt at making something, I used something real simple just to make sure I knew where everything went. I used my Green Matcha Tea and Kiwi Fruit and added just a little bit of Almond Milk to cut down the bitter taste of the Matcha Green Tea. It actually came out pretty good.
Mike found some recipes online that he liked so he has been making some of those. These are the ones that he narrowed down to what he likes and because they are easy and don't have a lot of ingredients.
The Life Juicer is easy to clean and you will love how easy it is to store once you are done. Just find a place in your kitchen cabinet that is tall enough and that is really about it. No special requirements needed. This juicer is made with stainless steel so it should be okay. Just make sure you get all of the water off of it before you store it.
