Hair of The Corn Dog Book Review

Title: Hair of the Corn Dog
Genre: Humor
Author: A.K. Turner
Publisher: Fever Streak Press
Pages: 220
Format: Hardcover/Kindle

I have a really funny book to share with you called Hair of The Corn Dog written by AK Turner.
In the latest laugh-out-loud confessional from A.K. Turner's "Tales of Imperfection" series, the author of This Little Piggy Went to the Liquor Store and Mommy Had a Little Flask relates her adventures on the Jersey Shore, at an Idaho drag show with her in-laws, and surviving the perils of an elementary school ice-cream social with equal parts wit and heart. The laughter pairs well with two parts cocktail.
You guys are going to love reading this truly fascinating and funny book! It's all about Amanda's life with her husband and two children. They love going on camping trips and rafting down rivers.

But, it's the way that she tells her stories that will have you laughing al the way thru this book. Evidently, the author also must have a wry sense of humor to have come up with some of this material and to place it in such a way as to make you want to giggle while reading.

My best friend also read this book and she said it reminded her a lot of Roseanne, you know that TV show that came on a good bit ago with Roseanne Barr and John Goodman. Anyway, she gave her stamp of approval and said she loved this book! And that is saying a lot because it's hard to get that kind of compliment from my friend. She's a very hard critic and has given more thumbs down than thumbs up, so if that is the case, you really need to read this book!

Happy Reading!
