I was recently sent some awesome things to help me with my cooking while making an Italian meal. I love the color of red, how about you? I received an awesome apron, spaghetti jar holder and a spaghetti spoon (or tong). Not sure what the official name of that beautiful red spoon is but those names sound pretty good to me.

I found this really great recipe that you can make with some of the food you can guy with those coupons called Italian Sausage Penne Bake. Check it out:

3cups uncooked penne pasta
2cups Progresso® Chicken Broth (from 32oz carton)
1(20oz) package Publix® Mild or Hot Italian Sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
1(9oz) pouch Progresso Recipe Starters Creamy Roasted Garlic With Chicken Stock Cooking Sauce
1(28oz) can Hunt's® Crushed Tomatoes, undrained
1(14.5oz) can Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes, drained
1(6oz) can Hunt's® Tomato Paste
1/4cup butter, melted
1/2cup Progresso® Italian Style Bread Crumbs
-PAM® Cooking Spray

1.Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 3-quart casserole with cooking spray. In 2-quart saucepan, cook pasta as directed on package, using chicken broth and 2 cups water; drain.
2.In 8-inch skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink; drain. In large bowl, mix cooked pasta, sausage, cooking sauce, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes and tomato paste until well blended. Spoon mixture into casserole.
3.In small bowl, mix butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over sausage mixture.
4.Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
