Old EL Paso Frozen Entrees

Have you ever tried Old EL Paso's Frozen Entree's? Oh, my Gosh, if you haven't you really need to! It's been awhile since we have so I decided one day to stock up on them and boy, was I glad that I did! They had quite a few of them to choose from and below are the ones that we chose on a recent trip to the grocery store.

We got Chicken Burritos, Chicken Quesadillas,  Chicken Enchiladas and Shredded Beef Enchiladas. We tried the Chicken Quesadillas first because they are our absolute favorite Mexican food to eat. They were so darn good! I added some guacamole and salsa on top and made one heck of a meal! I would bet you couldn't tell me that they were frozen unless you saw me take them out of the container. That is how awesome they are when you add some extra small touches to make it a totally complete meal for two!
Oh, and I got some really awesome Mexican style dinnerware and accessories to make our meal seem like the perfect in home dining experience. Take a look at the other goodies I received.
I love the colorful dishes and the dip and chips plate will definitely come in handy the next time I host a party. We didn't use the Margarita glasses this time but they will come in handy the next time we have a family get together. I have been wanting some tongs like the ones I received so that I don't have to pick up small items anymore with forks and those will definitely come in handy!
My husband loved the Shredded Beef Enchiladas the best also. He really loves the way that they make those in the Mexican restaurant we go to here in town so I made some Mexican Rice for him to go with those and had some refried beans and it was almost like going out to eat! I even splurged on some of the Mexican Dipping Cheese with jalapenos!
Description of Shredded Beef Enchiladas:
We begin with authentic corn ‒ not flour ‒ tortillas wrapped around mouthwateringly seasoned beef. We top it with a flavorful ancho chile sauce sprinkled with fresh shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
Don't those look absolutely yummy? I can't wait to dig into these! Remember it only takes about 20 minutes to make a complete Mexican meal at home with your choice of Old EL Paso products. I can't think of anything else that you could make that quick and still be delicious and taste like it's not frozen!
The only frozen entrée that we didn't try was the Fajita's but I am hoping the next time that I make a trip, that will be on the list. I would have gotten them this last time but they were out of them. They have both Chicken and Beef so I will be getting one of each! After all, Mike likes Beef and I prefer Chicken. This way we are both happy!
