Address Your Heart

I have always been concerned about my heart and staying healthy and I can remember my friends ragging on me when I was younger and still working that I wasn't enjoying myself because I wouldn't eat fried foods, greasy foods or anything bad for you. I had so much willpower back then! I still do pretty darn good but I was like a monk back then!
Of course, I am really glad I was so strict with myself as I think that is one reason why I am not in worse shape than I am in right now. I still love to ride bikes, which is my main exercise along with walking Charlie, our Yorkie.

We also take a good bit of vitamins along with a Multi-Vitamin. I also take a baby aspirin daily per my doctor's instructions since I have RA, I am more likely to have problems later on, so we are just being cautious. I do take Fish Oil also as it helps with cholesterol and helps the blood. I try to take advantage of everything I can.

But, eating right sure does help, too! Try to cook with Olive Oil if you can and stay away from fried foods. Also, sweets loaded down with all that bad Trans Fat is not good either. If you do need a sweet fix now and then, that's fine, just make sure it's not a daily thing! Lastly, check out some of these recipes I found on Campbell's website that can help you out with meals.
Here are some Campbell's recipes that I chose that I really like.

Tilapia & Vegetable Casserole
Turkey Meatloaf
Pork Medallions with Spinach & Barley
Creamy Turkey & Vegetable Lasagna
Creamy Chicken & Vegetables over Spaghetti Squash
