ToiletTree Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush Review

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I got to review something new from ToiletTree Products recently and that was there new Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush in the white color.

Some of the features:
  • Ergonomical and waterproof design.
  • 2 minute auto-timer ensures dentist recommended brushing.
  • Brush operates at 8,800 oscillations per minute which helps to remove more plaque than a regular manual toothbrush.
  • Unit charges on included recharge station using universal voltage (100-240v)
  • 2 brush modes - Clean & Sensitive.

I was surprised to find out that a second toothbrush was included, which is a travel toothbrush that you can carry with you anywhere. It's run by a battery so you don't need to bring the electric one with you. I thought that was pretty cool! The smaller, thinner one is the battery operated travel brush.

Also included with in your box will be 2 toothbrush heads and a recharging station to store and charge your toothbrush when not in use. This toothbrush will provide you with 18,000 RPM of power to keep your teeth at their best. There are 3 power setting modes include gentle, polish and clean. Look at how it looks when in use by the lighted signal on the brush. I thought this was totally awesome because no matter how old or young you are, you will be able to tell exactly what mode you are in by just looking down.

Now, I have to tell you it took me awhile to switch from a manual brush to an electric one, but a few years back I did because my dentist said I needed to get control of how I was brushing. I thought I had to brush really hard to get my teeth super clean and all I was doing was damaging my teeth and my gums.

You see, I was brushing so hard that I was causing my gums to recede and that is not good! So, they recommended that I go electric and just let the machine do the work, just let it sit there and let it go at the speed it is programmed. I am getting much better at it and my dentist finally told me I was getting better. So, I doubt I will ever go back to a manual toothbrush.

Now, they tell me I need to take the brush and let it sit on the top of my teeth by the gum line very lightly to stimulate them. I guess I was so afraid of the receding gums, I wasn't letting them get hardly any stimulation. I will get it straight. I know I wouldn't be able to do that with a manual brush. It would scare the crap out of me, not knowing how hard or how soft to go and that would make it too scary of making a mistake. I would rather the electric brush make that decision for me.

I love that I just have to hit this round button on the ToiletTree Electric Brush. And as you saw above, you just hit the button until you get the desired mode. I use either Clean or Sensitive as those are the most important to me.

And remember, if you don't like the white color, you can get it in black also!

I have been reviewing ToiletTree products for awhile and have always gotten good quality products.  I will be adding the Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush to that list. It's a great one and I have used some other brands before this one and know what to look for. If you need one or are thinking about changing, this one is right up there with the best.

About ToiletTree:
ToiletTree Products began with a simple holiday gift from Mom. After receiving a fogless mirror as a Christmas present in 2008, Steven, who had always loved the concept of shaving in the shower, made it his mission to redesign the mirror that failed to stand up to its claims of being fog-free and unshakable wall adherence. Fed up with frustration and uneven shaves, Steven joined forces with his father and brother to design a mirror that not only stayed attached to the wall, but, most importantly, guaranteed a fogless face for life!
After many long months of brainstorming and testing prototypes, the trio took their design to manufacturing in January of 2010, where ToiletTree Products was finally born. A fun play on the word ‘toiletry,’ the company takes its name from the category in which their creations fall: bathroom products! In only a mere six months, ToiletTree’s Fogless Shower Mirror made its debut on Amazon.com, earning the title of Amazon’s #1 top-selling beauty product by Christmas of 2010. Due to the overwhelming number of customer requests, ToiletTree’s Fogless Shower Mirror expanded its line to include the Deluxe LED Mirror, as well as one fit for travel and On-The-Go.

After using a manual toothbrush, my teeth no longer feel as clean with a brush as they do with a manual. I need a new one, my braces ruined the one I have now. Lol

Have you tried sonic care? Which one do you like better if you have?
