OxiClean Cleaning Products Review

I recently got to review 2 products from OxiClean and I have to admit, I was really blown away how much cleaner and spotless my dishes where with the Dishwashing Booster and the OxiClean Versatile Stain Remover for laundry.

How to use the Dishwashing Booster for the first time:

**Add two squirts of booster into the bottom of your dishwasher
**Fill rinse agent dispenser cup with booster
**Place your detergent in the main cup as usual

I have to admit it really got my stainless steel dishwasher pretty sparkling clean! I did not even realize it was dirty or needed any cleaning. You would think they would be clean when it just finished a load of dishes, but I could tell after the first time I used the Dishwashing Booster how much more it shined and sparkled. You definitely should try this one out!

For all uses after the first time:

**Refill rinse agent dispenser with booster as needed (about once a month)
**For tough film and spots, add two squirts into bottom of dishwasher
**No other Rinse Aid needed

This is a great product if you are getting filmy or cloudy looking buildup on your glasses. That is really the best way to know if your dishwashing product needs some extra help. Look at your glasses and if you have that cloudy or filmy look, I would definitely try this Dishwashing Booster to help get them clean again.  I forgot to snap a picture of my glasses so I am using the photo from their site but I can tell you that this picture is 100% accurate.

The next product is the OxiClean Versatile Stain Remover for your laundry, carpet, upholstery and hard surface needs. This will get your colors brighter and your whites even whiter looking. I tried it on both and it worked like a charm.

Always remember to follow these 2 things before using:
  1. Always test OxiClean™ on an inconspicuous area first. Rinse, allow to dry.
  2. Do not use on wool, wool blends, silk, silk blends, leather or on fabrics labeled dry clean only. Not for use on jewelry, latex paints, woven baskets, unpainted wicker, jute, teak, or finished woods. Metals must not be soaked and must be rinsed immediately and thoroughly. This is one tough product and can handle all kinds of tasks. If the stain is really stubborn, you might have to soak your clothing overnight but it will wash out in your laundry cycle. Now, as a caution, before using on hard surfaces or other kinds of surfaces, please heed this warning:

**Read warnings and full directions on product labels.
**Do not use on jewelry, latex paints, woven baskets, unpainted wicker, jute, teak or finished woods.
**Works great on kitchens/bathrooms, siding, outdoor furniture and more!

Just try to test if you can before usage to make absolutely sure that you don't end up damaging something or making a stain worse than it was before. It didn't happen with this product but one time my husband used something that he thought would get the carpet clean and it ended up making a white spot! It ate right thru the carpet, so that is what I mean when I say follow the product's instructions and warnings. If it says to test it, then that means it might have the ability to bleach something out or worse.

OxiClean has other products available and if these two aren't the ones you are looking for, go check out their other products to see if one of the others might be what you need. I don't know about you guys, but between my husband and our Yorkie, Charlie, they keep me on my toes and I have to have products around me that I know will perform when I need them and OxiClean does not disappoint me. I have yet to find a stain on any surface that won't come out with just the right Oxiclean product. I am not saying that I won't run into one sometime in the future, but so far, all the stains that my two guys encounter, I am able to take care of them and that means a lot to me!
