Target Breakfast Twist

Do your breakfasts get a little boring from time to time? I know that mine do and I try really hard to mix it up but I also have to be aware of my stomach issues so I am always on the lookout for products that don't seem to hurt me as much as others do. Cereals, Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, Granola and Nutella seems to be some of the few that I can eat and not get stomach aches.

Here is what I was sent to try to create some different idea's for breakfast:
• 1 pouch Nature Valley® Protein Granola
• 1 box Nature Valley® Granola Bars
• 1 box Honey Nut Cheerios® Medley Crunch™ cereal
• 1 box Trix® cereal
• 1 package Quaker® Oats
• 1 jar Jif® peanut butter
• 1 package Nutella® mini cups
• 1 pouch Grandma Hoerner’s® Big Slice™ apples snack
Above are some idea's of what you can do with some of the products that I was sent to try.
I have been using Nutella for a long time, even before this awesome package came with the Nutella in it. I have to be very careful with bread products so I have been using Naan Flatbreads instead and will toast them (cut in half, not a whole slice) and when they get crunchy, I take out of the toaster oven and spread Nutella on it!
You won't believe how tasty that is! If you love Peanut Butter, that is also an option.  Believe it or not, Mike actually does what the picture in first sequence is showing with a twist! He takes his bananas and mashes them up pretty good and then adds the peanut butter and makes like a spread. Once it is all mixed up pretty good, he spreads it on bread and makes a sandwich. Of course, he eats that at other times besides just for breakfast. If he doesn't know what he wants or really isn't in the mood for anything special, that will be his dinner sometimes.
I have to also admit I have been using Nature Valley Granola for awhile also. I have been taking my Greek Yogurt and about a handful of this awesome granola that is packed with protein and mixing it in with several different flavors. The great thing about the Oats n Honey flavor, is that it goes with just about any flavor! I have used it with Lemon, Strawberry, Peach, Blueberry, Raspberry to Mango. I can't believe I forget to take a picture for you but it's pretty simple, just take the granola and mix in. You can even add more fruit if you want. I did that recently with the peaches and it was pretty darn good!
Another quickie I can tell you about is to take your Oatmeal and add fruit to it or even yogurt. I didn't think that would sound too good when my best friend told me that is what she does sometimes to mix up the taste of oats, but one day I decided to try the Peach flavored yogurt and even added more peaches in with that and it actually came out pretty darn good. I don't eat it often but every once in awhile I do just to break the monotony.  I have even added granola in with oatmeal to give it a really good crunchy taste.
I don't have really any hard recipes to share for breakfast because I don't really get creative for breakfast other than what I have already explained. One reason is by the time I get up (I don't sleep well at night, so I go to sleep late and wake up late) so I am starving by that time and just want quick and simple things I can throw together but still get full enough that I don't get sick when I take my morning medicines.
I really recommend the Nutella and Naan flatbread for something that is good for you and filling without making you feel stuffed. Or mix it up with peanut butter or bananas and get a whole new level of taste and nutrition.
