Cheerios Family Breakfast Project Review

I recently got to enjoy some awesome products from Cheerios in their new promotion Family Dinner Project. I was so excited to get my package so that I could share with all of you about Cheerios and their cereals. They are actually my favorite and not long ago even my husband switched over to the Chocolate Cheerios because they are much better for you than the sugary cereals that he was eating!
As part of the Family Breakfast Project, Cheerios will be encouraging families to take seven minutes for seven days to have family breakfast and explore the possibilities that brings. After all, breakfast is the meal of shared possibilities. Check out the Family Breakfast Project, which includes simple meal prep ideas, fun activities, and breakfast recipes.

Cheerios believes that when families connect over breakfast, amazing things can happen. And that is
why they are partnering with the Family Dinner Project, a grass roots movement whose mission is to help families everywhere access the benefits that come from connecting over a meaningful family meal, to launch the Family Breakfast Project.

Although our family just consists of my husband and I, we still enjoy eating breakfast together. I try to be up during the week with him, but sometimes I am not able to because I don't sleep well during the night and by 5:00 am I conk out! So, on the weekends is when I catch up with him and we both will sit down and eat our Cheerios and discuss what all happened during the week that I might have missed. You really need to take time even if it's just a few days a week to have breakfast with whoever is in your family.

As you can see, I load mine up with Blueberries while Mike ate his plain in the Cheerios bowl up above. He laid claim to the bowl and I figured I would let him because it's very seldom that I get anything that a man can use, so I conceded the bowl and the t-shirt to him. It made his day, so it was worth it!
Breakfast is more than a meal!  It is a chance to connect with your family at the beginning of the day.  You can even play games centered around breakfast and check out ideas at Family Breakfast Project that will help make that time together more fun and more meaningful.
