Fiafini Marula Beauty Oil Review

This is the second time I have been lucky enough to get to review another product for Fiafini Skincare and this time it's the Pure Marula Beauty Oil for the Face & Body! This is some really awesome beauty oil and I have to admit I used it mostly on my legs because of the very dry skin I have going on right now. It sunk into my skin really fast and left my legs feeling silky smooth.
Here are some other benefits:
  • 100% PURE
  • Powerful Antioxidants
  • High Concentrations of nutrients, minerals and essential fatty acids
  • Protects against environmental aggressors
  • Improves skin tone & firmness
  • Reverse photo-damage
  • Boost cellular activity
  • Hydrates at the deepest levels
  • Softens and minimizes the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles Improves & restores skin elasticity for a more youthful and radiant look
  • Soothes irritation
  • Not only a hydrator but protector
  • Anti-microbial properties which can help heal acne blemishes and scarring
  • Ideals for all skin types
Here is how you use it for the face and the body:
Face: Apply 1 or 2 drops in the palm of. Using fingertips gently dab over face finishing with light sweeping strokes.
Hair: Warm a few drops of oil in the palm of your hand and distribute evenly throughout clean, towel-dried hair, concentrating on the ends. Bath: Use 1 to 2 drops in your bath for additional skin conditioning.
Body: Apply a generous amount to clean skin and massage in circular movements until absorbed. -
Wow, this oil is amazing! And the best part is, there is no odor! Yes, you heard me right. You know sometimes, I am sensitive to scents and will have to lay off of certain items when I am in this mode. I don't know why it happens and it varies in degree's but when it strikes, I cannot stand to smell just about everything. It gives me such a massive headache and then I get sick to my stomach. So, up until now, I didn't have something that I could still use for my dry skin because it seems like everyone tries to make their oils have a scent. So, I really appreciate getting this one and it having no scent.
Did you know that this oil comes from a tree? Well, it does! I never even knew about this oil so finding out it comes from a tree is truly mind boggling!

Here is what Fiafini says of their Marula Oil and where it comes from:
A true anti-aging treasure found growing only in the warm, frost-free region of South Africa, Marula trees have been a sacred part of African life and legend for thousands of years. Deeply woven into the daily lives of all tribe members, Marula trees thrive uncultivated by man, and are protected under communal tribal laws against poaching or harvesting. Indeed only fruit that has naturally ripened and fallen to the ground may be gathered, guaranteeing sustainability and encouraging commerce for tribes and communities across the region.
Often serving as gathering sites for ritual ceremonies or weddings, legend has it these tall, leafy trees play a part in determining the sex of unborn children and even elephants are powerless against the allure of the Marula. Herds travel great distances to feast on the ‘fruit that drives elephants mad’ during the harvest season.
This wonderful oil can be used in so many different ways and places but here's the primary role:
  • A light non-greasy and fast absorbing formula provides dynamic hydration.
  • Rich in anti-oxidants, vitamin E and flavanols all which fight the signs of aging.
  • High in essential fatty acids that deeply hydrate skin and reduce redness.
  • Helps to soften the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and improves skin elasticity

I am here to tell you when I saw how fast it worked on my legs, I became a true believer in this wonderful beauty oil. I was having a really hard time with my face when I was trying this out, so I didn't use it on my face at the same time. Something I used caused me to breakout along my jaw line and on both sides of my face and chin, so I have laid off using on my face until that clears up. Then I have to figure out what did it.

But, otherwise, I have used it on my hands and my arms. I didn't think about trying the hair thing but I have so many other oils for that, I think I will save this precious oil for my body. That's where my greatest need is right now.

These are some other skincare products that they carry that you might be interested in. I did a review of three of these products and if you want to hear about them, you can either go to Fiafini's website or read my review HERE.  I got to review the Cleansing Emulsion and the Divine Hydration Moisturizer. Both were absolutely wonderful to use!
You will also be happy to know that they have been certified by three different places as being Natural Products, Vegan and then the one that really makes you feel good, is the Secured Website seal. I don't know about you but I get chills sometimes wondering if I share my info, where will it end up?
Also, it is nice to know that Fiafini is committed to being as kind to our environment as they are to our skin, which is why their products are free of fragrances, dyes, sulfates, petrolatum, alcohol, mineral oil and all parabens. See, that is why I loved the Marula Beauty Oil. It didn't have all these toxic smells added to this lovely oil! What you get is truly Pure Marula Oil for your body and face.
They also do not test on animals, they recycle, are 100% Natural, are certified Toxic Free, and are Petrochemical Free.

Here's a few fun facts:
  • Miraculous Anti-aging: Is a relative of the mango and is 10 times more stable on the skin than olive oil*
  • Is rich in unsaturated oleic acid (allowing it to be absorbed more easily by the skin)*
  • Has advanced free radical scavenging properties to fight environmental damage*
  • In independent clinical tests, Marula Oil has also been proven to help protect the skin’s natural moisture barrier by preventing transepidermal water loss, preserving the skin’s hydration balance as well as reducing topical redness**

I am not familiar with Fiafini products (until now). And I did not know that the oil comes from a tree. Learn something new everyday. Sounds like another great product!
