Sibu Beauty Products Review

I recently had the pleasure of reviewing two products for Sibu Beauty. I got to review their Sea Buckthorn Seed Oil and the Sea Buckthorn Cleansing Face & Body Bar.
I don't know about you guys, but I have heard so many good things about Sea Buckthorn Oil and it seems like everyone is touting it's greatness. I was very impressed to hear about it from Dr. Oz one day while watching him on TV and then again on The Doctors. That was awhile back but it stayed in my mind so when I got the chance to review this Seed Oil, I jumped at the chance.
The Seabuckthorn Seed Oil:
  • Quick acting/readily absorbed
  • For all skin-types
  • Helps diminish wrinkles/age-spots
  • Promotes skin recovery and healing
  • 10 ml bottle w/ dropper tip

I am all for anything that helps fight wrinkles and thank goodness right now I don't have any age spots, but believe you me, if I had them, I would be fighting those also. I have always been proactive in my skincare and I am hoping that at least in that department I will get a little saving grace.

All of you know my health isn't too great, but I am hanging in there. It's been a rough year but at least I can say my skin is looking good. I haven't been as vigil as I used to be, but I am hoping to remedy that again real soon. I knew if I started with something really spectacular, it would help me jumpstart my routine and so in came Sibu Beauty!

I have loved using this Seed Oil and am seeing some great results. I know it's hard to believe that an oil would help when you think it would do right the opposite. But, I have learned that things are deceiving and not what they used to be, so it's really awesome to find out that certain oils can actually make things better!

    Directions For Use

After cleansing face, shake dime sized pool into hand and massage into entire face (and neck if desired) for about 20 seconds. Leave on skin. May take up to 20-30 minutes to fully absorb into skin. Best applied before bed.

I think you have heard me say this enough, but I will say it again. In order for any skincare to work it's absolute best, you have to have a clean face. It really is your preference what you use to clean your face, just as long as it isn't hurting your face and it's clean. A clogged up face will not absorb the great skincare products that you have to help fight aging so don't waste your time or product if you haven't cleaned your face first.

Sibu Beauty's Cleansing Face & Body Bar is a great choice to start with! This facial soap lathers thick and rich to cleanse, detox, moisturize, repair, and protect skin from cell damaging free radicals.

    It will:

  • Cleans and conditions skin
  • Natural astringent
  • Revitalizes skin cells
  • For all skin types
  • 1 3.5 ounce bars
  • 100% natural
Yes, that is also one of the things I like about Sibu Beauty, they are all natural, which means that there is less chemicals going on my face and into my skin. I used to not be concerned about all of that stuff but over the last few years a lot of stuff has come to light about the ingredients in just about everything that we use, so if I can, I try to get as natural as I can with as many things as I can.

Skincare is one thing you can switch over to natural or organic without much of a fuss and with all the new technology and the old also, skincare by the natural, organic way is just as powerful as all those ingredients without all that risk.

Did you know this about Sea Buckthorn?

Sea buckthorn is known as nature's most balanced fruit. This "Holy Fruit of the Himalayas" has been cherished by native Tibetans for centuries for its incredible nutritive qualities. Over 120 specific studies on sea buckthorn have shown that this little berry promotes health. From sea buckthorn's rare abundance of some of the most powerful antioxidants to being the only plant in the world known to contain essential fatty acids 3, 6, 7 and 9 - sea buckthorn has earned its title of superfruit.

Between these two products, I think you will be off to a great start, I know I am. I am loving the feel of super soft skin and the softness of the wrinkles and lines that I had around several places on my face. Now, if I can just get my water intake up, I will be feeling pretty darn good about my transformation!

    About Sibu Beauty:
The journey to create a successful company can be as arduous as scaling a Tibetan mountainside, but well worth the view from the top. Bruce McMullin founded Sibu in 2003 after series of events led him to Calcutta, India where he crossed paths with an ayurvedic specialist in Chinese plants and herbs. In passing, this expert mentioned a powerful holy fruit, the Sea Buckthorn berry.

From there McMullin's quest took him to new heights, figuratively and literally, as he journeyed to some of the most remote locations of the Himalayas to find the superior source of Sea Buckthorn that is the foundation for all Sibu products.

In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, Bruce has a thirteen-year history of philanthropic efforts worldwide serving as executive chairman of Choice Humanitarian.

I've tried Sibu's beauty bar before, and liked it, but I have never tried their Seabuckthorn Seed Oil before. I would love to try the Seabuckthorn just in the oil form. Might make me skin feel better.
