Kind Snacks Review

I recently got to review some really great nutty snack bars that I want to share with all of you today called Kind Snacks.
I was sent three flavors to try:
1.)  Almonds & Apricots (Fruits & Nuts)
2.)  Madagascar Vanilla Almond (Nuts & Spices)
3.)  Pomegranate Blueberry Pistachio (Plus)
Let's start with the Almonds & Apricots first since it reminded me of Breast Cancer and because October is Breast Cancer Month.
This one is a mixture of whole almonds, apricots and coconut. It also is covered on the bottom of the bar with yogurt and some is even drizzled over the top!
Vitamins and Minerals:  Vit. A (6%), Vit. C (4%), Calcium (4%), Iron (4%), Vit. E (15%), Manganese (15%)
This bar really was awesome! I love nuts anyway so it was a no brainer for me to want to try these bars and man, they are packed with nuts! And fruits! Each bite that you take will be the same as the one before it, chock full of nuts and fruits along with the creamy white yogurt. This will be a favorite of everyone who tastes it. It is only 190 calories per bar.
These bars are:
**All Natural
**Gluten & Wheat Free
**Low Glycemic Index
**4 grams of Fiber
**Non GMO
**No Trans Fats
**Very low Sodium
**No Sulphur Dioxide
Oh, here is another tidbit you might want to know:  A recent study conducted by the Yale-Griffin Prevention Research Center found that two KIND bars a day can curb appetite and even help prevent weight gain.
Not sure what happened to my picture that I took of the Madagascar Vanilla Almond bar but it was gone from my pictures so I grabbed Kind's image from their site.
This bar is a fresh and tasty combination of mixed nuts (almonds, peanuts, cashews and walnuts) with delicious Madagascar vanilla. Mmm, not sure why but this one doesn't have any info listed like the first one did. But, I can tell you that this was my husband favorite bar and my second choice.
It's great for different reasons:
**Only 4 grams of Sugar
**7 grams of Protein
**5 grams of Fiber
**All Natural
**Non GMO
**Gluten Free
**No Sugar Alcohols
**Dairy Free
**Very low Sodium
Pomegranate Blueberry Pistachio + Antioxidants is a bold and delicious blend of pomegranates, blueberries, and pistachios. Each bar contains 50% of the recommended daily intake of Vitamins A, C, and E, which fight free radicals and help maintain the immune system and healthy skin.
Vitamins and Minerals: Vit. A (50%), Vit. C (50%), Calcium (4%), Iron (6%), Vit. E (50%), Vit. K (4%), Vit. B1 (2%), Vit. B2 (6%), Vit. B3 (2%), Vit. B6 (2%), Folate (2%), Selenium (2%), Phosphorus (10%), Magnesium (15%), Zinc (6%), Copper (15%), Manganese (20%)
As you can see, this one is packed with nutrients. If you are seeking a snack that lacks what you are getting in your diet, then this is the one for you. I guess that is what the Plus is on the side of the bar. It definitely is a better alternative for a lot of unhealthy breakfasts or even just as a snack instead of cookies or candy.
Benefits include:
**Loaded with Antioxidants
**Dairy Free
**Gluten Free
**Non GMO
**All Natural
**Low Glycemic
**Good source of Fiber
**190 calories

I would love to try this bar but I can not find them locally where I live. I have to watch my glycemic index on food and this bar has been mentioned several times as a good snack.

My daughter saw these bars last week in one of the stores nearby and bought the raspberry one and fell in love. lol She said "Mom, taste this bar and I bit into it, loved it and then another bite confirmed it." Leaving her a look of shock when she realized I had almost finished it. lol
Great review.

These sound so healthy and tasty! I've tried many bars, but they look like candy, so I never tried them. Wrong! I want to tell someone I know who has to be careful to have low glycemic foods, this could be a doable treat for her.
