Mira Kitchen Scale with Bowl Review

I recently had the pleasure of reviewing a really great kitchen scale that comes with a really large stainless steel bowl from a company called Mira and the model number is ST75.
I have had kitchen scales in the past but none quite like this one. They have been small and it was hard to get the whole product on the scale and of course, it was actually used to measure portion sizes when dieting but I never had a scale big enough that could tell me for instance, how much a whole small chicken weighed for a certain recipe. And I hate guessing!
I am using their image because with the bowl being nice and shiny & new, all of my pictures had my reflection in the bowl and you really couldn't see how big or how deep the bowl was, so this worked out perfectly! I loved using my Mira ST75 scale for weighing and for mixing. It especially came in handy for my dry ingredients like flour, sugar and flavors.

The bowl cleans up really fast and painless and I towel dried it to make sure I got all the spots off to prevent rusting. I want to make sure my bowl and scale last a long time, so I intend on following the instructions to the letter. I bet this will really come in handy when it gets closer to the holidays and I start making my cookies and other bakery items. No more guessing, just awesome cookies that will be the envy of my family and friends!

Oh, you can also use any other bowl on this scale to weigh, just make sure you use the TARE function.
The base is black of course and the backlight is a pretty soft light blue with black numbers so that you will see the weight with no problems.

Mira has two other kitchen scales besides this one if you prefer something flatter and they would be good to use for produce such as fruit. I have one similar and that is what I mostly use it for. The first one is their larger scale with a glass top.

And this one is smaller and can fit in a drawer!

Mira also has bathroom scales, body fat scales and luggage scales along with stainless steel lunch boxes in 3 sizes. I bet the luggage scales would come in handy for making sure you meet the requirements when travelling by air. From the looks of all the products I saw on their website, they all look like they carry good quality products.
