8HRBuzz Energy Shot Review

I got the chance recently to review an energy shot or I should say my husband did called 8HRBuzz Energy Shots. I don't work anymore but he does and it's getting harder and harder for him to keep up his energy levels during the day so he usually takes one of these in the early afternoon.

He has tried quick a bit of these so that he can find one that does what he needs it to do but not hype him up so much he feels jittery. Each pack has about 1 ounce of the Energy Shot in it but the more important thing that it does is that it delivers that instant energy without any sugars or carbs. And there is only 5 calories per shot!
The other awesome thing is that it comes in different flavors!  We got the Juicy Grape, Berry Blast, Extra Bold Coffee and Peach Passionfruit to try. Mike really liked the Peach Passionfruit and the Extra Bold Coffee. He said the other two weren't bad either, he just preferred the other two. Which is okay, I am sure everyone will have their favorites. I like all of those flavors so any of them would have been fine with me.
By the way, each pouch contains a host of B and C Vitamins, and other essential nutrients. So, you are not just getting empty energy, you are getting some vitamins and other nutrients that are good for you. I know Mike doesn't eat good when he is not at home because the guys are constantly going out to eat, so at least his energy shot in the afternoon does give him some sort of boost in vitamins.
Each shot will come with the list of nutrients and vitamins on the back of the product along with the calories, carbs, sugar, etc. just like on any other food or beverage product. So, you will know at all times what you are ingesting. Please do not take more than 1 of these a day. Each one contains a full cup of coffee, so be careful about drinking additional coffee or caffeine loaded beverages.

Who should not take 8Hr Buzz® Energy Shot?
**Women who are pregnant or nursing.
**Children under 12 years of age.
**People diagnosed with phenylketonuria (PKU).

If you are a diabetic, please check with your doctor on that. Although it says there is no sugar or carbs, I would still check to make sure nothing else in this product will hurt you in any way. It's always best to play it safe.

As long as you follow the directions, I don't think you should have any problems, but if it makes you feel better and eases your mind, then by all means, check with your doctor. I would rather you feel safe than not.
