The Fallen Angels Book Club Review

I have another really good Mystery book to read called The Fallen Angels Book Club written by R. Franklin James.
Synopsis of The Fallen Angels Book Club:
The Fallen Angels Book Club has only two requirements: the members must love books and have a white-collar criminal record. Hollis Morgan fits the bill. Left holding the bag in an insurance fraud scheme concocted by her now ex-husband, she served her time and is trying to rebuild her life. All she wants is for the court to pardon her conviction so she can return to law school.
After one of her fellow members is murdered in a scenario straight out of a club selection, Hollis is once again the subject of police scrutiny. Refusing to get stuck with another bad rap, she sets out to investigate her fellow club members. Is one of them really blackmailing the others? As a second member dies in yet another book-inspired murder, Hollis realizes that time is running out. Everything rides on her finding the killer--not just her career aspirations. She must identify the killer before she herself becomes the next victim.
Everyone is convinced she knows more than she lets on. But what is it, exactly, that is she supposed to know The Fallen Angels Book Club is the first book in an exciting new mystery series featuring amateur sleuth Hollis Morgan.
Wow, this poor lady Hollis just can't get a break! She goes to jail for something her ex-husband did, now where is the justice in that? I would have been so bitter myself but Hollis is determined to build a new life and get on with it.

One of the lawyers in the firm that she gets hired into named Mark helps her as much as he can. She joins a Book Club and they are reading books when one of the members is killed. Now, who do you suppose they think did it? Well, I guess it doesn't help that the Book Club is made up of ex-cons. That is the one rule that they have. You can't join unless you have been to prison. Who in the heck heard of such a thing?

Anyway, by the time a second body is discovered, Hollis knew that if she didn't figure this out for herself, she was afraid it would all get pinned on her. So, she decides to try and find the killer herself!

You will love this excellent mystery!
