Batiste Light & Blonde Dry Shampoo Review

I got to try a new product that Batiste Dry Shampoo has out now called Light & Blonde Dry Shampoo. Before, I don't think you could get it in the same shade as the color of your hair and now you can! Really awesome!

They now have four colors that you can get the dry shampoo in:

1. Original Scent (clean & classic)
2. Blush Scent (floral & flirty)
3. Deep & Dark Brown (hint of colour)
4. Light & Blonde (hint of colour)

I have used the one in the pink can before and I think that one is the Blush Scent which is a floral scent. The thing I like about the colored dry shampoo's is that it has a hint of color added so now when I use it for in between shampoo's, it also helps hide the gray hair a little. Of course, nothing is going to be as good as coloring the gray, but this does help hide it some and I can drag out going to the beauty salon for a little longer.

The can is 6.73 fl. oz. and can help with this:

* Banishes oily roots, boosts body
* Complements lighter hair tones
* Helps blend in roots on dyed hair
* Leaves hair smelling fresh

And don't worry if you accidentally spray a little on your clothes or on a towel, which is what I put under my hair when using this one because of the color, it washes right out if you put in the washer right away or just take some soap & water and gently wash out.

Here is how to use the Dry Shampoo:

Shake can vigorously before use and in between sprays. Hold can about 12 inches from hair and spray lightly, covering hair evenly.  Massage into hair with fingertips and leave for a few minutes.  Brush product out using a natural brush if you have one or do what I did. I have a big wide tooth comb and it works wonders, especially if you have curly hair like I do and don't straighten it. Another thing you could use is a wide hair pick.

It's kind of hard to be doing that and take a picture at the same time, so I found this video on their YouTube that is awesome because she shows you exactly what to do!  Just lift your hair up in sections. It won't work as well if all you do is flip your head upside down and spray there, it will still be dirty on top plus you won't get the full effect of the color blending in your roots or gray hairs, whichever it is you are toning down.

Just give it a shot and you will be as surprised as I was! Oh, and they do have more than just the four I mentioned at the top. They have a wide range of Dry Shampoo's in different scents also, not just the ones that add a little color to your hair. I counted at least 7 scents so I bet one of them will be the one for you!

Oh, they have a special going on right now that you will want to take advantage of:

July Special on all Batiste Dry Shampoos -
BUY 1 - GET THE NEXT IDENTICAL PRODUCT FOR $1.99
Sale ends July 19, 2013

Now, I don't know if you can take both of these at the same time, so be sure to ask before ordering so that you know exactly what you are paying.

You will love the new colors and the awesome array of scents that they have in the Dry Shampoos. Head on over there and pick one out for yourself so you can see how Batiste Dry Shampoo works for you!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

This looks very convenient! I've seen dry shampoo for sale, but never purchased because I wasn't sure how to use it. The video is very helpful...maybe I'll give this product a try.

This Batite Dry Shampoo would be good for me because I could use this in between shampoos and not have to wash all the time. I like that it banishes oily roots and boosts body! That is what I need!

Very interesting. My daughter had to use dry shampoo a year ago due to health issues. I wish I had known about these colored ones. The nice scent and light color would have helped give her color and feel special. Good to know.
