Tortuga Rum Golden Cake Review

You are going to love the great folks at Tortuga Rum because they will be giving the winner of my Holiday HoHoHo Hop Giveaway a 33 oz. rum cake of your choice of flavor. The event starts on November 22nd and ends on December 6th. Open in the U.S. only. Good Luck Everyone!
I was able to review the original Golden Rum Cake along with the coffee. The Golden Rum cake is the original one before they added all the other flavors. most popular Flavor! Their World Famous Tortuga Golden Original Rum Cakes with Walnuts are baked in the Caribbean with only the finest ingredients, including imported walnuts.

I have tried the chocolate rum cake and the coconut rum cake also in the past. I wish I could tell you about the other flavors but those are the only three I know about. Please stop by their site and see all the other great flavors they have for you to choose from. I hope to one day get a chance to try the Cinnamon Raisin one. I bet it is just as awesome as the ones I have already reviewed!
I also got to try the Key Lime Cake and I have to admit that this one is very good but Mike won't eat Key Lime Pie anything, so I probably won't be getting that one again. He made me eat the whole thing by myself! That's okay, more for me but my thighs were not happy.  I was very surprised tht they cake lasted several days before the last bite was consumed.

I tried to pace myself so I wouldn't eat it all at once and it was worth every last crumb! If you love Key Lime Pie, then you will want to experience this one, I promise you! Something about rum and Key Lime Pie flavor together make an awesome combination!

Each cake is baked fresh daily in the Cayman Islands with only the finest natural ingredients. The only preservative used is their specially blended "5-year-old", oak barrel aged Tortuga Gold Rum. Each cake is individually hand glazed then vacuum packed, ensuring a shelf life of 6 months, or indefinitely if refrigerated or frozen.
There are so many different flavors to choose from, I bet you will be able to get one for everyone in the house and that way nobody is fighting over who gets what! You can get as many as you want because the cakes have a shelf life of 12 months, or indefinitely if refrigerated or frozen.
Now, here is another way you can please everyone and that is by getting the Tortuga Tower of Rum Cakes. Each tower contains:

A three-tier tower of our world famous original golden with walnuts Tortuga Caribbean Rum Cakes! Includes 4oz, 16oz and 33oz rum cakes, colorfully-tied with an elegant red ribbon.
I hope I have given you guys alot of choices and there are so many more on their site that I did not touch on. I could easily make up another whole page but I don't want to take away from the original prize, which is the 33 oz. Rum Cake and the Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee that the winner will get.
Click on the banner above to enter to win a cruise! Ends 11/30 so hurry!

I love their cakes! We have tried experimenting to do it ourselves, but just can't get the right flavor. Tortuga's are the best!
