Click Espresso Protein Drink & Pink Glass SponSpotlight Review

I haven't tried Click Espresso Protein Drinks in quite awhile since the last promotion so I was happy to see that they have revamped it a little and added a pink plastic cup and straw to the package to help support Breast Cancer Awareness, so for that, we all Thank You!
If you are trying to lose weight or just want to have some healthy options open to you then Click Espresso is just the one for you to try. They come in a variety of flavors. I got the Mocha in regular and in Decaf. But you have some other options if Mocha is not your thing. Let's see what flavors we can find to help you find some alternatives to Mocha.
Okay, they have Vanilla Latte in regular and in the Decaf also. They have them in the big 15.8 canister size and the single serve packets like the ones shown above.  You can also get the regular Click Shaker with the wire ball or the new Acrylic Pink Tumbler, which you see below.
The glass is 16.9 oz's and it is insulated in case you would like your drinks to be frozen or at least cold on the rocks.  Click advises that you use this glass for cold drinks only. It must not be able to keep hot beverages warm which isn't really it's function anyway. If you are gonna drink a protein shake drink, this is one of the best. You will have chocolate or vanilla like shakes to choose from and remember you can get in the regular or in Decaf.
The great thing about this is that they have tried their best to make the most out of the coffee like flavor by adding the coffee like flavor.  I also have at my disposable some different flavored syrups that I might be able spice it up some because they are all sugar free! I have used some in my regular cups of coffee and they absolutely taste just like the syrups!
Well, I just got my bubble busted! I was reading on the can so that I made sure I was telling you the right directions and I happened to look at the ingredients and each serving has 300 mg's of Potassium! I will be you know what!! Because I have I.C. (chronic bladder pain) and one of the biggest triggers to set off an attack is potassium!  I just can't seem to win for nothing.
I know why they put potassium in all of the sport and vitamin drinks and I guess this makes sense also if you are going to use one of these shakes as a meal replacement, they want to make sure none of your minerals or vitamin levels drop so they fortify them with what you need. Potassium is needed for the heart function and so that you don't get cramps in your legs. But, gosh, what about all of us women who have I.C.? We could use all of that just leave off the potassium.
Well, shoot, I hope the one small decaf I drank earlier just to taste it doesn't cause an I.C. attack!  I do have my meds with me at all times but if I get a bad enough attack I will have to go to the doctor and get a rescue treatment where they spray my bladder numb til it heals. Sometimes I have to go back twice in a week. Well, I guess I better go ahead and take a pyrdium before the burning starts.
They haven't figured out why the bladder is so sensitive to potassium but believe it or not, that is actually the test that they use to diagnose you with I.C.  They fill your bladder with potassium and wait for it to turn red and then take the lovely pictures to show you. I have had some doozies in the past.
Okay, I guess I will be donating the rest of this to my friend and neighbor who loves drinking all those protein drinks. Her son got her doing that long time ago and even though she is about 12 years older than me, she is alot healthier and stays on the go constantly. She visits the gym every day just about. She gets up early in the morning and goes before it gets too busy. She will love these.
This is the 20 oz. shaker that has the wire ball in there that help to make sure everything gets mixed up with no lumps in there anywhere. I have one of these from the last time I did one of these way back in the beginning of last year I think. It works really well if you are going to drink on the rocks. But if you want it as a slushy type drink you will need ice cubes and a blender to make it a little thicker.
You can make these hot according to the directions on the can. It says to put in the microwave with the amount you want for about 60 seconds and then take out and shake it again to make sure it's getting heated all the way and then heat again for another 60 seconds. Oh, and please remember to use a microwave cup, not these two containers that you see above.
Click Espresso drinks can give you a quick pick me up in the middle of the day if you feel the slump coming on.  It has all of the necessary information on the canister that you will need to get you another one made for either yourself or something.
Well, I was hoping the numbers would show up better for you but at least you can see that it would cost you only 120 calories for a all glass like that.  So, it is a good substitute for a snack or even one of your meals but I would eat a small piece of fruit with it so that it fills you up til it's time for the next one. Although, after drinking one of these, I don't think you will be needing another one until the next meal. I chew on some sugar free gum and it seems to do the trick.
I found this in the About Us section. I only grabbed a little of it so go read the rest when you can:
With 25 years of industry experience in health and wellness, we launched a small chain of women’s fitness centers in California winning many excellence awards. Many of our members, who wanted to lose weight, did so by skipping breakfast, reducing calories, or making poor nutritional choices leaving them frustrated by their lack of success.
With our time-starved lifestyles, making good choices can be difficult. We understand this. Finding time to prepare a full balanced breakfast to support our weight management and health goals is a challenge as we struggle to find the energy we need to get us through the day.
That’s when we turn to coffee or energy drinks which may provide a short-term increase in energy, but does nothing to support low blood sugar or increase metabolism that is crucial to losing weight and getting the most from exercise. To support our members, we needed a better alternative to the growing use of sugar based energy and coffee-house drinks.
Our simple solution – a delicious, all-in-one, espresso coffee and protein drink – that gives you the confidence you are doing something good for yourself one CLICK at a time.
The kind folks at Click will be giving the winner of the March Into Spring Giveaway Event the same set that I just reviewed! Open in the U.S. Only. Good Luck Everyone!

I don't have a problem with potassium, but I don't care for coffee flavors so I don't think these will work for me.

These sound awesome. I have never heard of them, and since I'm a coffee fiend, I'd love to try them. I like the packaging also- very attention-grabbing. Any and all flavors work for me, I'm not picky where coffee is concerned. The fact that it's a protein drink- even better!
