Tru Chocolate Review & Giveaway **Closed**

I recently got to review some really good for you dark chocolate from a company by the name of Tru Chocolate. They have a unique kind of chocolate that I don't think I have ever had before even though I have ate organic and dark chocolates before.

These are a little different and here's why:
TRU Chocolate is the prized all natural chocolate product of years of research and testing to produce the healthiest and tastiest chocolate. Its patented combination of pure cocoa, beneficial herbs, and healthful Xylitol result in a product that is diabetic friendly, gluten free, weight loss friendly, and extremely high in antioxidants.
Unlike other chocolates that are tainted by sugars, preservatives, waxes, and unnatural additives, TRU Chocolate is a naturally pure chocolate with all of the good and none of the bad. It is truly, “The only chocolate that loves you back.”
They have filled that little piece packed filled with good wholesome ingredients that will hopefully help you curb your appetite to each the more heavy calories chocolate and the higher fat content that is in regular chocolates.

If used as a weight loss program to enhance your already low calorie, low fat or lower carb diet, these wonderful little round chocolates can also help you curb your appetite by eating one 10 to 15 minutes before eating. I won't lie to you, it takes some getting used to but I have been on diets before that stated you could eat the highest concentrated darkest chocolate which is some cases at the time were 70% so that is what I bought and after awhile I grew used to it and did not want other chocolates.

I did lose over 10 or 12 pounds on that diet at the time, which actually wasn't the goal. I had high cholesterol and was trying to get the numbers down but got the added bonus of losing weight. So, I know it works, but only if you can get past the first essential part of getting used to the "raw chocolate" flavor.
They have several choices you can make: Dark Chocolate, Healthier Dark Chocolate, Low Fat Dark Chocolates and Healthy Chocolate, Raw Chocolate. I am not 100% sure which one I got since the packages all look the same but it sounds like they all are almost the same except maybe the more healthier ones have added benefits which makes me think maybe I just got the Dark Chocolate.

I did not even know it was also an appetite suppressant until just now. I try not to read what's on the website until the time of the review to get some facts. So, I would think if I had gotten any of the others, I would have known or been told I had something different.

Try to eat the whole bag before you make any judgments and I bet by the time you have that bag finished, you will not notice the difference. If you must go half and half at first to slowly wean yourself off of real chocolate, whatever works for you is what you need to do.

You know, this crazy idea that every diet is gonna work for everyone is crazy because it's not gonna be the same. I may need less sweets and react differently while someone else might have a bread issue or yet another with sodas. I think if you slowly take things away, you will find out what is acceptable to you. Don't try to stop it all at once. You will feel deprived and get right back off.

It's okay if it takes you 3, 6 or even 9 months to see changes. Gosh, it took awhile to put it on, so why should it coming off be any faster?

This is what Tru Chocolate recommends when using just their products:
Tru Chocolate® is an organic chocolate for portion control that is as pure as you can buy and is sweetened with a natural sweetener called Xylitol. Each piece is 36 calories and is 8 grams in size, also it is infused with encapsulated herbs that have been around for centuries.
Our chocolate product should be taken 10 to 15 minutes before meals with a glass of cold water, which will reduce your appetite by more than half! Many people that often take our chocolate as a portion control product do not want to eat for 4 to 5 hours. You should still eat as this is not a meal, but an easier and tasty way to cut down on portions and eliminate cravings.
During initial testing of this chocolate product (which was introduced to 40 people), it spread to over 14,000 people in less than one year by word of mouth alone. The chocolate stories are many and almost all subjects have experienced the same results, leading to loss of appetite and many cravings eliminated. Many subjects lost 20 plus lbs. and others over 100 lbs in a very short period of time… with no diet, no special pills and by merely eating Tru Chocolate® with a glass of water whenever they had an urge to eat something unhealthy.
Our chocolate product is truly amazing and you can eat as many as you want in a day and you will immediately combat the urge of your food cravings. It is recommended that you eat 3 pieces of our chocolate product per day for the first month — and then slowly lower your intake, as you will likely be in more control of what you eat and your portions within that time.
They did a study on 15 people for 3 weeks and they had these conclusions about the study of Tru Chocolate:
1.Product is effective in reducing cravings for bad chocolate and other sweets.
2.Milk chocolate contains no flavonoids, flavonoids are the anti-oxidants.
3.One (1) Serving of TRU Chocolate contains as many flavonoids as 16 servings of vegetables and fruits.
4.The product has a delicious after-taste, encouraging you to consume more.
5.Patients tend to consume more water upon using TRU Chocolate, and we all know that drinking water has many health benefits.

Gosh, I am all for drinking more water, which is one of my main problems and why I stay so dehydrated. I need to drink more but when I do water makes my stomach hurt and then I can't eat or drink anything for awhile until it settles down and by then I am so hungry I can't stop.

So, I am working on that, and if I can get that done, I think most of these diet plans that I have ran across recently, including this one, will make it easier for me to have success. Plus by not reading about the product ahead of time I just thought it was a healthy chocolate. Had no idea it could be used to control appetites.

I was just eating it whenever to just curb the habit of reaching for the more fattening products when I had an urge. I did not realize I needed to eat it 10 to 15 minutes before meals. Which really isn't an issue, since I only eat sometimes once or twice a day. I can only hold so much before my stomach hurts, so I pick which meal is more important day by day.

So, now that you know what it real is for, you will do better than I did and I wish all of you Good Luck in your journey to lose weight.

I wish I could handle raw but that is just a little too bitter for me so I am going to say healthier or low fat. and as far as curbing my diet goes believe it or not the more I eat I lose but I can't handle because I get sick if I eat very much at a time. Gotta love meds. Thank you for the giveaway and Happy Valentines Day
