Ozeri Digital Kitchen Scale Review

 

I was so excited to get my Ozeri Kitchen Scale because I have never had one to see how much my food weighed and that was always a stumbling block into weighing food when on diets but then I figured if you are eating right it shouldn't matter how much food weighs, well, I was wrong, because weighing it also helps you know what the calories are which is something I did not consider until now.

 

Now, this is an apple I weighed and we must not have had it set right because we got all eight's it looks like or maybe those are zero's? Anyway, I am gonna sit down once I get caught up on all my backed up reviews that sorta got lost in the shuffle with the holidays and then my getting sick and not being able to do reviews for 2 weeks really put me behind and then 2 weeks ago we did not have internet service for 3 days and I about was ready to strangle them.

We have the worst internet providers but they know we can't do anything because they are protected by some law that won't allow any other internet provider to come up here and offer us anything, including telephone service so we pay about 3 times more than any other city in Georgia for phone service and internet. It is a disgrace and the State of Georgia should be ashamed of themselves for letting us be the only little corner in all of Georgia who can't use AT&T like everyone else!

 

Now, this one was a nice ripe tomato but we still could not get the weight right so this weekend I am sitting down and reading the book and will figure it out if it's the last thing I do!

I think once we get the hang of how this operates, we are really gonna love using it. I have wanted to know for a long time the portion size of chicken, steak and fish so that I can keep them in line with what they recommend. I really do need to get serious because of my cholesterol has been going up and we don't know if the numbers are real or false since my thyroid is acting up and that causes the numbers to be inaccurate so until that settles down, we don't know for sure if the last set of numbers they ran a few months back are correct or not.

 

Thyroid issues can cause flucuations in your cholesterol which will give false/negative numbers so you don't know if they are real or not. So, always ask them to check your thyroid levels if your cholesterol jumps up like really high. Like my trig's went from 200 to 700. So, that should be a tip off that something's not right which is why they checked my thyroid levels and sure enough, they were way way too low. So, they had to up my dosage to make them come up. So, once they are normal, we will check that again.
