Xtrema Roaster Sponsor Spotlight Review

I got to review another awesome product from Xtrema and that is their 4 quart Roaster. I thought this was appropriate since we are doing a Holiday Turkey Event that I should have a roaster to roast the Turkey in! What do you think? And who has the best roaster around?

Why, Xtrema does! Look at that awesome looking roaster above! It even has a rack you can use to keep your meat from falling into the juices or grease that comes off of your holiday turkey or ham. There is no telling what all you can cook with this and save alot of time.

I don't know if you remember but in one of my post's yesterday, I told you my camera died before I could download all my recent pictures so I am having to grab some from Xtrema's site to show you how it looks in the oven on 2 dishes that I do cook on a regular basis, the Turkey and Lasagna!

Doesn't that look awesome and the turkey will fit in there, believe me because I had already tested it in case I needed to use one of the tin foil ones that we have used in the past. But this worked like a charm and I didn't have hardly any sticking to the pan. I did not however make the gravy in there. Did not want to scratch anything so I poured the juices into another pan for that!

And then look how it can turn around a make an awesome looking Lasagna or any type of casserole that you and your family like. We like chicken & rice casserole alot around here so I make a good bit of that and my Hasbrown Casserole which is out of this world.  So, as you can see, there is nothing to be afraid of.

I love Xtrema's products! I got a great frying pan awhile back to review and it has been a really awesome pan to have with my ceramic counter top stove. Just be careful and don't drag it across as this will scratch the stove.  Here is a look at that one, too so you can see what all I have gotten that I know is awesome:

I wasn't too excited about this pan, until you got the part of your review about using it to make lasagna. At first, I thought the rack was built into the pan & figured I just didn't roast enough to need a pan like that. However, the removable rack, makes is a must have for my kitchen.

The fact that it is easy to clean is such a big bonus to me. I've spent a lot of time cleaning caked on sauce/gravy from pans.

This would be an awesome pan to have. I love that even metal utensils wont scratch and ruin it. My husband tends to forget that forks and spoons are for eating, not cooking, and my pans get all scratched up. This would solve that problem! Thanks for the great info!

This roaster looks like a definite must have for my kitchen. Easy to use, easy to clean, YEA!

I like the versatility of this pan. I think it could replace several in my cramped little kitchen!
