Texas Triple Scented Candles Sponsor Spotlight Review

I love CANDLES! I have been a candle freak I think my whole adult life or at least I became one when I hit my early 30's and realized that there was such a thing as Aromatherapy, even though I did not call it that at the time. I just knew my room smelled super nice! And for some reason, even though I review products that are 5 and 6 times higher in price value, you can't hardly get one to review!

So, when I found Texas Triple Scented Candles Co., I fell in love with them and they were so very kind to send me 3 CANDLES! I was only expecting one so imagine my surprise when I opened the box and saw 3 of them. They sent me Sage & Citrus (yellow jar), Lavender (purple looking jar) and Bedtime & Bath (short blue one).  They all smell super awesome and I really do appreciate them letting me review their candles.  Maybe, finally, I am in the candle kingdom? I sure do hope so. Because I love them, I really do and I am passionate about them.

Let's start with Sage & Citrus because it really is a homey smell that everyone should like if you like to play it safe on scents.  The only thing that threw me off some was I am used to seeing Yankee Candle's has theirs greenish I guess for Sage and now Texas Triple Scented did theirs yellow for the Citrus, yes I guess that makes sense.  Plus, I bet you don't want no trouble out of YC about the color but honestly, everybody seems to be coming up with their version of Sage & Citrus, so what does it matter?  But really, this one is a keeper.  I have already unscrewed the jar several times to get a whiff!

Now, as far as I know, there isn't a Bedtime & Bath scent.  Of course, I haven't been shopping in who knows when?  I do as much as I can online these days.  I guess my shopping days on foot are over. When we were on vacation back in August just that little bit of walking in those tourist shops had my legs and knees hurting so bad I had to take several medications to get it to stop when we got back to our room. So, I won't be doing that no time soon. But, still, I usually know about new scents and I don't think I have ever smelled this one.

It's very light kinda like cotton and linen all rolled into one but with maybe a dash of baby powder thrown in.  There is something about it that I can't quite place but it sure does smell awesome! That one would make a great bathroom candle because it is so nice and gentle smelling that even if the doors stayed shut for awhile, it would not overpower the room.

I can tell you that I don't do the loud apple and cinnamon or clove candles. They make my nose itch and my eyes water and then I go to choking.  Something about that just doesn't set well with me so I am happy I did not get anything like that.  I did give her a list of lots of scents I like and she was kind enough to stay within that parameter.  I wish I did like them because I know they are popular around Christmas.  However, a few times, I have ran across a brand that it wasn't so loud (clove or cinnamon) and I was able to burn it and not have a problem.  But that is very rare. But I do love Pumpkin Spice and Pumpkin Pie! I burned that for the last few weeks getting into the spirit of fall & all.

Lastly, my lovely Lavender! My very favorite next to Patchouli and a few others, this is where I often stray back to when I just want my home to smell clean, crisp and fresh but inviting and calm.  That is what Lavender means to me.  I don't remember when I started to really like it above any other, it just sorta took over one day.  This one is in a pretty good size jar so I am hoping to hang onto it for awhile and just burn it every now and then.  Of course, with the holidays here, I might keep burning Pumpkin for now.  Since I don't like the apple one, I stick to this one or there is a White Christmas like one that is pretty awesome. But I try not to buy too many so they don't lose their scents.

Texas Triple Scented Candles has a very long list of scents, over 1,000 to be exact! You really need to go check them out and see how long that list is.  I don't think I have ever visited a candle shop or an online store that has that long a list. But I am glad that she does because that will give me plenty of time to explore. But it will have to wait until after the holidays as I am up to my eyeballs in reviews & giveaways. I even had to stop reading my books so I could get caught up. That Sandy mess caused our internet to go down for almost 2 days and I know that don't sound like alot, but it is especially when you have so many to do.

I also like the fact that she has all kinds of sizes also.  You did notice that all 3 of my jars were different sizes and shapes.  Makes it more interesting, I think.

Believe you me.. you're not the only person candle obsessed! I am too!! I absolutely love them especially the ones that smell the whole house up! I can have a closet full of candles and still find myself buying more because I don't want to run out!

I love candles year round, My favorite ones are the clean cotton or linen smell that makes people think you just finished doing your laundry. I don't like strong smelling or musky smelling ones and the lavender is also a great scent too.

That is a fantastic idea, triple scented. I tend to be candle happy but then get bored of the smells and then the candles sit there half burnt collecting dust. This seems like a perfect idea for someone like me who gets bored with the scent quickly. Thanks again for a great review!

I fell in love with candles as a teenager, and have loved them since. These triple scented candles are the next ones I want to try. I never heard of these before. Awesome.

My favorite candles are the ones that make my house smell like something yummy is cooking.

Scented candles are awesome for gifts or two keep. I like scents like lavender, green tea and apple. However, the ones that smell like baked goods are great for the kitchen.

I'm also a candle addict! I always seem to have one burning, sometimes more than one. I have a lot of favorites, I guess it depends on the time of year, or my mood at the time. I can't imagine overe 1000 scents to choose from....I may go to that site and never leave!!
