PlantLife Set of Aromatherapy Holiday Candle Set Sponsor Spotlight Review

You are gonna love PlantLife's AromaTherapy's Holiday Gift Set of Candles! Just the thing you need to get you in the mood for Christmas or to sit down and grab some tea or coffee along with a book and just veg out awhile and read and get lost for a few hours.  If I could not read, I think I would go stir crazy! It is one of the few pleasures I have left since I first started getting ill in 2003.
You would not believe the amount of things I have had to give up and mainly going out to eat is one of them. I used to go and be able to eat certain foods and be okay but now, even those are gone.  I pretty much live on either homemade soups, crackers or cheerios.

Mostly because of the I.C. Bladder condition where anything that has potassium in it, will cause me great pain if I eat or drink it. Next time you go to the store for groceries, pick them up and read the label. Potassium is in EVERYTHING just about. So, I have to pick the ones with the lowest amount. Gosh, who would have though such a thing was possible? But it is.
These tins are all the same size which is 2.8 oz but pack a powerful scent in each one of PlantLife's
Holiday Pack. Their aromatherapy candles are made with four plant waxes which deliver a cleaner and better performance than Soy based candles. Pure essential oils are used to provide an aromatherapy benefit by entering the body through inhalation. The cotton wick burns clean with no black smoke. Their candles are environmentally safe choice.
This one was by far my favorite! It really did smell like a peppermint candy so much so that I wanted to eat it! Just the right amount of oils from the vanilla and the peppermint to make a wonderful mixture of scents.  I know most people associate peppermint with Christmas but I love it year round in the form of the York Peppermint Patties and this candle reminds me of those every time I get a whiff! Absolute Heaven to smell! I envision sitting by a fire and having this candle lit while sipping some of Starbuck's Peppermint Mocha Coffee! Mmm, doesn't that sound absolutely the best?  Or maybe eating some peppermint ice cream on top of a brownie with chocolate syrup poured over it?
Now, this one, the Orange Spice is okay but it is a little strong so I did not burn it too much. Those kind of scents tend to make my nose itch and eyes water. I tried to get some info on PlantLife's site but I guess they don't have the Holiday sets out yet, just the normal ones. You can smell the orange somewhat but the spices that are in it are so powerful it almost erases the orange smell. I would have much preferred to smell oranges than spices. But, alot of people do like these scents and I can understand going with the majority.  If you like spicy candles then this is for you!
Lastly, there is the Mountain Pine and I don't know exactly why someone thought to call it that because it smells exactly like Wrigley's Spearmint Gum! That was the first thing that popped into my head, Spearmint Gum! So, I can handle this one in short bursts here and there because I like the chewing gum, so that is good. It is not as strong and powerful as the Orange Spice, but it is a minty like scent. I am gonna have a little fun with this one I think.  I will put it somewhere they won't look for it and see how long it takes them to ask who is chewing all the gum! Yes, I can be mischief at times and sometimes I downright crack myself up!  If you like the smell of Spearmint gum, this is for you!
Besides these Holiday Candles, Plantlife has some really nice ones that they keep all year long for those who aren't into the Holidays so much that they buy candles but rather candles that they have come to love as everyday life.  And I understand that, too, because it is really hard to give up my lavender plug ins and candles up when Thanksgiving get here and it's time to get out all the pumpkin and harvest candles. I must admit that I love them both but Pumpkin is my # 1 favorite for the fall!
They have alot of skincare, bodycare, haircare, massage oils, essential oils, carrior oils, bath products, soaps and lip balms to mention a few. They have a little bit of everything for you and your family. Stop by and check them out when you can. What a nice rounded out site to find gifts for everyone on your list!
Happy Shopping!

I'm a lover of all candles. I knew about soy, but have never heard of plant based candles. Apparently they have a much stronger scent and the scent is what I love about candles. Would love to try these! Love the fact that they are better for environment too.
