You Don't Know Me Book Review

I have another really good love story/mystery type book to share with you today called You Don't Know Me written by Susan May Warren. Here is an excerpt from her book:
To all who know her, Annalise Decker is a model wife and mother. She’s a permanent member of the PTA, never misses a sporting event, and is constantly campaigning for her husband’s mayoral race.
No one knows that Annalise was once Deidre O’Reilly, a troubled young woman whose testimony put a dangerous criminal behind bars. Relocated through the Witness Security Program to the quaint harbor town of Deep Haven, Deidre received a new identity and a fresh start, which began when she fell in love with local real estate agent Nathan Decker.
Twenty years later, Annalise couldn’t be more unprepared for her past to catch up with her. When Agent Frank Harrison arrives with news that the man she testified against is out on parole and out for revenge, Annalise is forced to face the consequences of her secrets.
Will she run again, or will she finally find the courage to trust those she loves most with both her past and her future?
Annalise is not her real name. Although she's been married for 20 years to Nathan and has three children, none of them know her real name and her real past. It all comes rushing back when she walks into a coffee shop one day and there sits Frank Harrison, who knows all about her!

She used to be called Deidre O'Reilly and was into drugs and hanging out with the wrong kind of people. She got out of it by testifying against Luis Garcia and was almost killed for it. Frank Harrison is the FBI agent who helped get her into the witness protection program, change her name and moved her to a new location.

Now, here he is and Annalise needs to find out why he is suddenly here. Seems like Luis Garcia is on the loose and looking for her. He already has visited her ex boyfriend and tortured him for information.

Frank needs for Annalise to disappear again but as it turns out, fate is not on Annalise's side and things are set into motion that will test Annalise's faith and her courage. I will stop there so that I don't ruin the book for you.

It really is a good read, one that will keep you on the edge of your seat wondering what is gonna happen next. Happy Reading!
