Little Soya Gluten Free Soy Sauce Review & Giveaway **Closed**

I have a great little product to tell you about that I was very suprised at how much I really enjoyed the taste. We eat Chinese food on a regular basis because it is one food that I can tolerate well as long as it is the milder dishes like the chicken fried rice or similar dishes. I have avoided using soy sauces because of the high content of sodium plus it doesn't sit well on my stomach.

So, we usually forgo the soy sauce. I decided to give Little Soya's Gluten Free Soy Sauce a try because it sounded like it might not fit the role of what regular soy sauce does and I wasn't wrong. I guess because it is gluten free, it helped my stomach and did not upset it like most do.

I also noticed that my hands and feet did not swell which was an even bigger issue since I have RA and that is the last thing you want to do is swell more! I was pleased that it also was non-GMO tested and contains no MSG (which explains why I did not swell up)!

The other great thing I liked about Little Soya is that it somes in individual little packets that are plastic and look like fish! Which means, you can't possibly by accident spill too much onto your food and you can still save what you don't use in the little plastic fish!

They are easier to store because they don't take up much room and that is a big plus with me. Oh, and the best part is that they are recyclable! Secondly, it does not have a salty taste which I so appreciate the fact that they did not make this soy sauce with that intention.

I am going to quote a little from their site because it pretty much sums up why they did that:
We are very serious about our soy sauce. Little Soya is made up of the freshest and best quality hand-picked ingredients. With the help of various Executive Chefs we refined our taste, and developed Little Soya’s smooth and slightly sweet unique flavor.
You will notice that unlike other brands you won’t have any strong salty aftertastes. Little Soya has 45% less sodium as compared to the leading brand in the market. Due to our low sodium content we make great salt substitute in your favorite recipes.
You will be surprised to see what new flavors you get in some of the most exhausted dishes of yours.
Here are some additional facts about Little Soya:

**Currently, Little Soya tests at less than 10ppm gluten, far below the 20ppm FDA standard.

**Executive chefs from across the country have refined the taste. economical fish container allows you to take them with you when you’re “on the go”

**Each package contains 12 individual “fish” containers

**You can currently find Little Soya in over 1100 stores around the US!

**Be on the lookout for our hot sauce, Little Saucy, set to launch in late 2012.

Now, to be honest, I won't be getting the hot sauce as that would definitely upset my stomach and my bladder condition, but for those of you who love hot sauce, I bet this will be one of the best ones you have ever tasted if it is anything at all like Little Soya's soy sauce!

Here is the story behind how Little Soya became what it is today:
“Little Soya” soy sauce was originally born over 2500 years ago deep, deep in the magical hills of the Far East half way around the world. Years and years of working the original recipe until the rich and smooth flavors evolved into what you now taste today.
Our taste and aromas are smooth yet bursting with the right flavors at the right time. One thing you will notice about our soy sauce – no salty flavors! “We Simply Taste Better” than the others.
Little Soya has been kind enough to offer 2 winners their own same package of Little Soya's that I got to review! You are gonna love this product if you love soy sauce, this is awesome! Open to the U.S. only.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
