I was recently sent some Arbor Mist Frozen Wine Cocktails to try and I wasn't sure how that was gonna be because it just doesn't seem natural for wine to be frozen. When I think of strawberries, I think of of daiquri's not wine. But, I decided to give it a whirl and was sent these flavors: 1.) Strawberry White Zinfandel 2.) Blackberry Merlot 3.) White Pear Pinot GriGio You have to freeze them for 5 hours before use when you get them.
They come in aluminum like bags and are not frozen. They are so easy to use after that you just cut the top off and pour into a glass and you are ready to go! I have to admit that the Strawberry Zinfandel was my favorite because back when I used to drink wine, that was my favorite, Zinfandel. I thought the White Pear Pinot Grigio was good too. I am not much of a merlot drinker and not too crazy about Blackberry period, so that was my least favorite.
Everyone has different tastes which is good, because I would hate it if we all liked the same thing, what a boring world it would be!
These have been out fairly recently so I wasn't able to find out much info on them on Arbor Mist's site so I can't tell you too much else except that it really was a good experiment and if you love frozen drinks, then you will probably love these fast and easy to make drinks! You definitely won't have to throw a bottle around and make all those slick moves to impress anyone because the frozen wines will do that for you! You can find Arbor Mist on Facebook and Twitter.
You can also use their Store Locator to see who might be carrying these frozen wine drinks or any of their regular wines. They also have a newsletter you can sign up for to keep up with the latest promotions. It will be on the right side kinda in the middle.
