Monkey Balm Review & Giveaway **Closed**

I have a great little product to tell you about called Monkey Balm that is made with Organic Sea Buckthorns Oils! They are 100% Natural and was made by a regular Mom just like you and me who needed something to help relieve her child's dry skin and eczema.

Here are the uses for this wonderful balm:

■Soothing itchy, painful irritation immediately
■Improves eczema and extreme dry-skin in 3 days
■Reducing irritation/symptoms from dry climates
■ Soothing sunburn, minor scrapes and burns,
and rashes

These amazing balms work like this:

■Organic Sea Buckthorn oils (the FIRST ingredient on the label) are clinically proven to improve symptoms of eczema, extreme dryness, even burns and wounds.
■ Natural soothing botanical ingredients alleviate irritation and smooth rough skin.
■ No-sting formula and quick, no-mess application makes life just a little bit easier for kids and parents alike!

Here's the thing, it was made for children, but it sure can help me with my dry skin, too! I have Hypothyroidism so I am deemed to have dry skin forever it seems. I try just about every new product that comes along. So, even though it was made for children, I thought, well, it can't hurt me then, only way to know is to try! Of course, I am sure this is an ongoing research but so far I have noticed my heels and the bottoms of my feet aren't as bad as they used to be.

So, I started putting some on my hands at bedtime, because it would be just too messy during the day. Because I can only put it on one time a day, it might take me a little longer to get some results so I will keep you posted. As I said, this is an ongoing research so I did not want to hold up the review & giveaway on that premise. As for working on children, it is absolutely amazing how well it works. Did you know that this marvelous product has more far reaching properties?

Here is what I found out while reading their site:
Sea Buckthorn (seed and fruit) oil is time-tested and clinically proven to soothe irritation and heal dry, cracked, even abrasive skin resulting from eczema, rosacea, dry climates, seasonal changes, sunburn, rashes, and even minor burns and wounds. Sea buckthorn has been used for centuries in Asia and Europe to heal skin problems and is considered a "Holy Fruit" by ancient and modern Tibetans. Its been recommended by doctors (even Dr Oz) as the best natural cure for acne. Monkey Balm incorporates these oils from the sea buckthorn berry with other soothing botanicals like cocoa butter, and Vitamin E to create a truly remarkable product in an easy-to-use use "lotion-bar" – kind of like a super-sized lip balm for your whole body.

Below is the rest of the ingredients found in Monkey Balm:
The rest of the ingredients in Monkey Balm are all natural, soothing botanicals and emollients to soften your children’s skin and make them “Happy Monkeys”.
■Sea buckthorn seed oil
■ Sea buckthorn fruit oil
■ Sea buckthorn puree
■ Castor seed oil
■ Jojoba seed oil
■ Cocoa butter
■ Vitamin E
■ Beeswax
■ Squalene (plant source)
Monkey Balm is formulated (and currently still produced by hand in Peter and Meagan's kitchen) with CERES Certified Organic Sea Buckthorn oils from the Himalayas. Its fragrance-free, cruelty-free, preservative-free, paraben-free, sulfate-free...get the picture? It is also "Stingy-Free" so no tears. Kids can even apply it themselves and not make a mess!

I think my dad could use this product. He has super dry, itchy legs that cause him a lot of problems.

Although I could use this product myself, I would love to have my 5 year old nephew try it. He has severe allergies, asthma, and skin problems caused by them. It is hard to find something that works for him for more than a couple of minutes.
