Tombow USA Glue Review

I was fortunate to get the chance to review some permanent adhesive tape that is mostly used in scrapbooking but can really be used for several kinds of projects or jobs depending on what you need done. It is from a company called Tombow USA and they actually make office products as well as art & craft products. The item above is called a permanent adhesive tape runner and it can be used to hold paper in place or pictures or even posterboards. It sorta works almost like the erase tapes do for correcting mistakes in the office. If you have ever worked in an office that has used those, then you will get the concept of how this works.

It will bond instantly, very nice and wrinkle free and safe to use even on photos. It is easy to refill with snap-in refill cartridge. It's approved by the Photographic Activity Test (PAT) and is ideal for use with memory albums and other archival materials. 1/3" x 472".

I don't do alot of scrapbooking but my daughter and granddaughter do and they went a little nuts over being able to use this handy little tool. They also sent us a refill for the tape runner.
This one looks a little different than the one I was sent only in colors but everything else is the same. They both have the same SKU number. I was not able to take pictures because my camera has gone nuts on me so I was counting on copying pictures off of the website and the first one was no problem but the refill tape runner looks different than the one I was sent but they both say SKU#62202, so maybe they updated it or something? It is a nice idea to have a refill because around here we use up products faster than I can say boo!

The girls love to scrapbook and I bet they already have about 6 or 7 of them already. So, trust me, when I gave them this adhesive to use as their glue, they were a little skeptical about it, but once they started using the tapes and refills, they quickly became instant fans of Tombow! The tape runner and the refill are well worth it they said because it did save them alot of time, in that they did not have to keep stopping to wash the glue off or anything else that came into contact with liquid glues. They both loved the idea of putting this down and being able to walk away for a few minutes without having to worry about drips or bubbles formimg. The below adhesive tape runner is for use with dots:
So, as you can see, they have these adhesive tape runners for several different styles depending on what you need. This one would be excellent for putting on rounded stuff like rhinestones or round gems, rock, even a doughnut! Just kidding about the doughnut. But as you can see, they have plenty of different styles for each type of project you might need help on. But all the others and plenty more can be done with all of the exciting models that they have going on.
This one is called the Mono Adhesive Power Bond for the more heavy or harder projects I guess. I would not have dreamed that we would be experiencing all of the wonderful technology today to make our lives and our projects so much simpler and easier to do! I hope I have given you enough examples of how much TomBow USA has to offer you whether you are scrapbooking, putting something together or just needing to get something to hold.
