Simply Bath Salts Review & Giveaway **Closed**

Oh, you are gonna love this wonderful shop that says it all: Simply Bath Salts! I love it because it gets right to the point and doesn't try to use words that make us all go what?? It is nice to see a company that is confident enough to say what they do in a short name and one that you can remember very easy!

Another thing I like is that they don't mess around and put coloring in the with the salts to make them look pretty. Yes, I have gotten bath salts in the past that are colorful or peaceful depending on my mood. But as I have gotten older I am now leaning more less chemicals and more natural. I don't claim to be anything other than a woman trying to do my best and appreciate it very much when I find a company that does the same thing. Pure and simple. Such nice and easy words to remember and I doubt you will ever forget your experience with their Bath Salts.

They also walk the talk, too! Below you will see a picture of how it comes and again, it is a no fuss no messy way of getting their great product out there and so that it will be easy for someone to explain what it looks like if they needed to. Because it is so simple, there aren't many words to describe it other than clear on one side and shiny silver on the other side. On the clear side you get a great shot of the Bath Salts, so that you can see for yourself that their is no coloring added to the salts. Way to go, Simply Bath Salts!

Yes, I know what you are thinking. There she goes again with the Lavender scent! Guess what? I did not get an opportunity to choose my scent. That is just what they sent. It's like mind reading, no?? Anyway, I am in heaven because I love to open the bag and just take in the smell and I will close my eyes and imagine a nice quiet beach all to myself except for the waves coming in. That is what Lavender does for me, relaxes me and puts me in a great frame of mind. But, I have to admit, I would love to try both the Patchouli and the Ylang Ylang. I bet those 2 are just as awesome as Lavender!

All together there are 22 scents all ready to go and the 23rd is Custom, which means if you want them to make you up a batch to match your personality or what you want your bath experience to be like. I absolutely love that idea. It is nice that they have added that to their selections because people sometimes have a special scent that means something to them and Simply Bath Salts can re-create at least a part in it. And they are there for you if you need some advice on which scents might go together so that your experience is a memorable one.

I do know one thing for sure, Simply Bath Salts does help make my skin soft and leave a nice crisp clean scent in it's place that lingers most of the day. Now, of course, Lavender is going to be one of the ingredients in my Bath Salts but here is a list of the other important ingredients that make this such a joy to use: Atlantic Sea salt, Dead Sea salt, Epsom Salt, organic Jojoba oil and organic Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oil. The size and texture of the granules creates a blend that doesn't clump together and make it hard as a rock. It also dissolves easily so you don't have to wait forever either.

And please follow their suggestions regarding any health issues:
If pregnant, have blood pressure issues, health problems, epilepsy, or are under medical supervision in any way, consult a doctor before using bath salts. Do not consume bath salts. For external use only and not edible. Do not use bath salts in hot tubs.
I admire Simply Bath Salts on this one particular item that caught my attention that I wanted to share it with you word by word from the owner himself so this is a quotation: "Our individually hand packing salts the day of the order when ordered on and putting that date on the package. We do not believe in having the product sit for a long period of time in a hot warehouse".

How to Use: (recommended by Simply Bath Salts)
Our natural bath salts are simple to use. Begin to fill the bathtub with warm water. Put 1 cup (a third of a bag) under running water to help them dissolve. Some stirring of the bath water may be necessary to dissolve the larger crystals. Natural fragrance from the organic essential oils will be released. You may wish to keep the bathroom door shut to trap the scents. Continue filling the bathtub to a desirable level. Soak 15-30 minutes in water at a comfortable temperature and rinse afterward.

Salts should be re-sealed in their bag and kept away from moisture, humidity, and direct sunlight. Salt itself has no direct expiration date, but due to the oil content it's recommended to use within a year of purchase
Lastly, here is what the owner's have to say about Simply Bath Salts:
As a small business, simplicity is truly behind every decision we make. It's a philosophy we gear all decisions toward. Our packaging, for example - not only recyclable, but cost extremely effective; the savings directly invested in premium organic ingredients.

Our commitment to you is not only to avoid artificial and synthetic additives, but to exclusively source certified organic scents and oils in all of our natural bath salt blends. Of course none are ever subjected to animal testing and all are proudly manufactured in the United States.

We take a getting back to basic approach with our bath salts. We use organic ingredients because they are environmentally friendly, produced without pesticides. Our oils are steam distilled from plants and herbs, our salts all left in their pure state. Traditional bath salts may include synthetic toxins that get absorbed by the skin and remain in the body. It shouldn't be necessary to decipher an ingredient list before soaking in your bath.

We hope to fulfill all your natural bath salt need in the future! Contact us with any questions you may have. And don't forget to check our Twitter and Facebook pages for overstock offers and limited time discounts! You can even repin something from their Pinterest board!
Simply Bath Salts has been kind enough to offer one reader either the same Lavender scent I reviewed or you can choose your scent. It is open to the U.S. only. Good Luck!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
