enLiven Yogurt Review & Giveaway **Closed**

I seem to be on a health kick lately so I figured I would keep that line of thought going and tell you about a new brand of yogurt called enLiven. I was sent coupons to go and shop for them myself since it would be kinda hard to send yogurt thru the mail, don't you think?

Anyway, Walmart is the only store right now that is carrying this brand and wouldn't you know it, they only had 2 out of the 4 flavors!!??

So, here is what I got to review:

1. Peach Flavored enLiven
2. Blueberry Flavored enLiven

They have 2 other flavors, strawberry and vanilla but I could not find them here in my town or the next one so good thing I love peach and blueberry just as much as the strawberry (well strawberry would have come before blueberry but that's okay).

I really did like the Blueberry though, all kidding aside, and was relieved that it did not taste like a diet yogurt. Two things I refuse to eat that are diet is my Dr. Pepper and my yogurt. They leave behind a really bad taste and you can tell right away it is a "fake" taste! I will reduce my calories somewhere else because it just won't happen with those two. And believe it or not, there actually was quite a bit of yogurt in those cups also! By the time I finished I felt full and satisfied. Sometimes when I have had other yogurts I have had to have something else with them because they don't fill you up and then of course once you do that, you have blown the low calorie benefit that the yogurt was suppose to give you. So, I was thrilled that enLiven did not scimp on the flavor!

I then tried the Peach flavor and boy was this one really knocked my socks off, so to speak. It was hard to imagine that these individual cups (all 4 flavors are the same) have only 100 calories each, 99% Fat Free, packed with Probiotics and are made with all Natural ingrediants! All 4 of the yogurts have all natural flavors and no artificial colors were added either to make them look better, which I appreciate immensely. Sorry I cannot tell you about the Strawberry or the Vanilla but I will keep my eyes open and hopefully somewhere down the road, my Walmart will start carrying it. Maybe they are just testing right now to see how we consumer's buy in a certain area before committing to all 4 flavors??

enLiven is the only yogurt that contains the probiotic, GanedenBC30. Here is a link to help you understnad better about GanedenBC30. You can help support your digestive system with a daily supply of probiotics. And that's where enLiven can help because every cup has hundreds of millions of cells of the probiotic, GanedenBC30. Wow, talk about alot of help, which I definitely can use with all of my health issues. I have tried other yogurts and they did not really help as promised. I haven't eaten enough of the enLiven to give you a 100% report but I don't think I will be disappointed when I am through with all of the yogurt. I did get more regular where as before I was very erractic and so I am really happy with that one important improvement!

Here is a few more important facts I learned on enLiven's website:
Your digestive system is an amazingly complex structure that supports your entire body. It's where essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals are absorbed. Plus, scientists believe that 70% of our immune system is in our digestive tract.

The American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) states that the digestive system supports the body by performing two essential functions:

1.Absorption of nutrients
2.The elimination of harmful bacteria

In order to keep these two functions running steady your digestive system needs to be in balance.

To promote the best possible balance in your digestive system there needs to be peace between harmful and helpful bacteria, also referred to as "probiotics." When the harmful bacteria overpower the helpful bacteria, digestive discomfort and other complications can occur.
Also on the link I provided above that takes you to the page I just quoted there are some links on the right hand side that you can go to for even more information if you need it about our digestive system. There is a link to the Cleveland Clinic along with two others. If you are having problems, I suggest you go to one of those sites to learn more about your digestive system and whether or not you need to be seen by a doctor. As always, if you feel you need to check with your doctor before trying something new, then do it if it makes you feel better.

To help with the cost of trying enLiven their is a coupon worth 50 cents off of any two packs of enLiven. The great thing about enLiven and the Walmart connection is that it is already priced low to begin with. Each 4 pack of enLiven is about $1.88 per each individual cup and there are 4 cups in each pack. Then when you use their coupon, you save an extra 50 cents! I hope that you do check them out, especially if you are having some digestive discomfort. enLiven's yogurt's really do taste fantastic and they have the probiotics that could help you in the long run. I know you will love the peach and blueberry flavors and if the other two are as awesome as these two then you won't have a problem with them either.

Connect with enLiven several ways:
