All you do with the Rejuvenator is after shampooing and using the conditioner, towel your hair dry for a few minutes and then spray the Rejuvenator on the spots that you need help with and then gently massage into your scalp. If you are like me I part my hair down the middle and take the Rejuvenator and spray it along the part and then come back and get either side of my head above my forehead. That is really where it is the most noticeable.

If I pull my hair back like I want to wear a ponytail, you will see the receding hairline just a tad. I can still cover it up pretty good but knew I was losing the battle with the product I was using.
