Organic Flavrz Liquid Drink Mix Review & Giveaway**Closed**

I have found another great drink mix company I want to tell you about today called Organic Flavrz Liquid Drink Mixes! They have so many choices to choose from and unlike other mixes that you mix with water, these are liquid, not powder. They come in these neat little packets that you can drop into your purse or lunch and take to work or school with you. They also have flavored Organic Soda's that can be used in SodaStream machines or you can add to sparkling water to make your own sodas! Here are the flavors I got to review:

1. Root Bear Soda for home use
2. Cherry Berry Soda for home use
3. Lemon Lime Drink Mix for on the go
4. Tropical Drink Mix for on the go
5. Superfruit Drink Mix for Sports
6. Citrus Hibiscus Drink Mix for Immunity
7. Fruit Punch Drink Mix for Energy
8. Cherry Berry Drink Mix for on the go

My husband, Mike, tried the Fruit Punch first because it is energy and with him just starting back to work after being out for 3 months from back surgery, he needed all the help he could get! So, this came at the right time for him. He said it gave him that early afternoon lift me up to help him make it the rest of the day. Each packet is refreshing, lightly-sweetened and filled with herbal extracts, minerals and antioxidants.

He said it really was a good flavor and that he liked it because he could put as much as he wanted or less. The organic green tea extract supplies energy, plus a dose of antioxidants and polyphenols that are shown to have broad health benefits. Yerba Mate extract provides extra energy, amino acids and more antioxidants. Real lemon juice and fruit flavors add zest and zeal to this delicious organic energy drink.

Next he tried the Superfruit Sports because it balances organic fruit juices and extracts with electrolytes to refuel your body. Low-glycemic agave nectar, organic cane sugar, and organic fruit juice offer carbohydrate energy. With the antioxidant power and delicious flavor of blueberry and pomegranate extracts, Flavrz is a sports energy drink to revive your senses. So, in a sense, it does what the other sugar loaded sports drinks do without all the sugar. He has been trying to find ways to cut down on sugar and this helped alot!

The flavor was really nice, not too overpowering and it isn't icky sweet. You don't want icky sweet in the summer while you are working outside for 8 hours, he learned that the hard way!

Now, I tried the Citrus Hibiscus because of my Fibromyalgia and RA along with low thyroid. All of those are what they consider immunity disorders so I need all the help I can get with keeping my levels stable or even a little bit higher. I take RA meds and those lower your immunity system so I am more prone to infections. Each packet contains organic hibiscus, goji, acerola, dandelion, and ginger combine with delicious organic fruit juices and flavorings to create an immunity drink formula that’s as tasty as it is powerful. Citrus Hibiscus Immunity drink mix is organic, portable, and naturally builds up your body’s defenses.

The Root Beer and Cherry Berry Soda mix we ended up giving to some friends of ours because neither one of us likes those flavors one bit! I figured they had kids at home and they would probably get better use out of it than us, because it would have just sit there. She was able to make Cherry Sprites and Cherry Cokes for them so they were very happy! They used the Root Beer to make Root Beer Floats and adding vanilla ice cream and they thought they were in heaven! So, on that note, we found useful ways to use 2 flavors we did not like, but others did. For what it is worth, they all loved them and if you like Cherry and Root Beer they said both were excellent.

The other drink that I liked really well was the Tropical Drink Mix. It was a light fruity taste and reminded me of peaches and mango's. Each packet has organic peach juice and tropical fruit flavors, lightly sweetened with agave nectar and organic cane sugar, you’ll find natural fruit goodness that’s low in sugar but still just sweet enough. A delectable, healthy fruit drink. So now you can see why I said that about the peaches and mangoes. I also used some of the Tropical Drink Mix to make slushees one day and they turned out pretty darn good if I say so myself. So, instead of giving the kids ice cream when the weather turns warmer, give them slushees with this organic drink mix and they will love you for it!

And then there was the Lemon Lime Drink Mix. On this one I also had to pass because of all the citrusy ingredients. Remember I have the bladder condition that causes extreme pain if I drink or eat things that have acids, tomatoes and potassium in them so I have to read labels very carefully. This one we passed on to his dad and mom because we knew they loved lemonade and that is what she did with her packets. Mike's dad was able to make himself lemonade instead of drinking diet cokes when he was at work. I am so glad we got him away from those, even if for a little while. He said you really could not tell the difference between real lemonade or this organic lemon lime drink mix. So, he gave it a thumbs up!

You need to check out the Health tab on this site because it has very useful tips for you on what you are drinking now versus what Flavrz drink mixes can offer. There is so much info there that it would take me forever to write it up so I am gonna trust that you go and check it out. It will open your eyes up about artificial sweeteners! Flavrz is also Eco Friendly because they are helping us use less bottles and cans. The packets that hold these wonderful flavorful drinks is so tiny compared to the millions of bottles and cans we waste in drinking.

Here is a snippet of what I found under the About Us tab:
They say necessity is the mother of invention. And we agree, especially with the mother part. Flavrz was created by a mom, Karen Barth, who was looking for healthy drink and healthy soda options for her children. Everywhere she turned, she found high-fructose corn syrup, refined sugars, artificial flavors and preservatives, and tons of wasteful packaging material. Until something clicked…
Some of the ways you can connect with Flavrz:

Phone Number: 978.283.0346
Email Address: info@flavrzdrinkmix.com

Flavrz has been very generous and is going to give (2) winners their own assortment of Drink Mixes so that you too can enjoy their wonderful beverages! Open to the U.S. only. Good Luck!

I'd like the Supersport Fruit, not sure I remembered that right, because it looks like it's berry flavored. I think I'd like that better than the citrus, although the immunity enhancing would be nice! Very cool product!
