1. New Chapter Perfect Energy
2. New Chapter Perfect Calm
3. New Chapter Zyflamend
4. New Chapter Wholemega
I will start with the Wholemega softgels that come from 100% wild caught salmon oil from the fresh clean waters of Alaska. They are tested to make sure they deliver Nature’s bio available, effective, and whole basket of vital fatty acids and beneficial nutrients. I have to take Fish Oil in addition to my cholesterol meds to keep my bad cholesterol down and my good cholesterol up. And I really don't eat that bad, its just genetics and I don't get to exercise as much as I used to with both knees replaced and the chronic Fibromyalgia. Oh, why do we have to get old? Isn't it a shame that by the time we get wise, we are old and almost out the door? Anyway, I can use all the help I can get so I take vitamin supplements to help me stay on track.
Natural salmon oil contains Astaxanthin and a balance of vital Omega 3, 5, 6, 7 and 9’s, often referred to as “good fats.” These good fats, which include two essential fatty acids the human body cannot produce on its own, serve to nourish brain, heart, eye, and kidney tissues.* They have been shown to benefit cardiovascular, immune system, brain, and digestive health.
I also used the Zyflamend soft gels because they are supposed to fight inflammation because in a recent research studies suggest this may be an effective strategy to promote healthy joint function and normal cell growth. As I stated above I have had to replace both knees so you know that my bones are not the best in the world and with having Fibromyalgia and RA, well, I have alot of inflammation and currently am on Orencia injections once a week to help lower the inflammation in my body. Up until about 6 weeks ago, nothing has helped in 5 years to get my inflammation levels down. After trying 6 different RA meds, finally it looks like Orencia is helping because my levels have dropped. I am hoping when I go back for another checkup that the inflammation has dropped even more with me taking this great new vitamin called Zyflamend. Keep your fingers crossed!
Then I tried Perfect Energy to help me get thru the day. Now, you will probably be better able to judge for yourself how effective this one is because with chronic Fibromyalgia, RA and a low thyroid, it would be almost impossible for me to get the same results as you. I did feel a little better and was able to stay up longer without needing a nap but I still have a long ways to go. This is hopefully the only time I have to quote from their website but the explanation was so long and complicated, I just decided to copy what they have then for me to try and say the same thing but worded differently:

I sometimes am so sleepy but can't go to sleep because my mind won't shut off. I have laid in bed many a night tossing and turning, then finally getting up and reading a book or working on the computer until I am dead tired, then I can sleep. If I go several nights like this, I will usually drink a chamomile tea to help me relax. Well, this new vitamin has some chamomile in it and here is what they say:
Perfect Calm is the ideal organic whole-food multivitamin herbal and nutrient formula for those seeking to address daily stress, enhance calm and overall well-being.* It is the first and only multi to feature the long revered anti-stress herb Supercritical Holy Basil, which has been shown in scientific studies to modulate cortisol and ease a worried mind.
