Affordable Scarves Review & Giveaway **Closed**

I know alot of you by now have seen or heard about Affordables Scarves, well, actually they are changing their name to Scarves.net this January. It will still be the same great scarves and services that we have had in the past, just a different name (actually different domain). I was able to choose the Carol Evening Shawl because I love pretty things. I normally don't wear scarves as I am hot natured so I picked one that is light and airy that won't get me hot. I don't know if it is all the meds I am on or the "hot flashes" but I can't stand for anything to be around my neck that is heavy. So, the Carol Evening Shawl fit me perfectly! As you can see from the picture below it is really beautiful:

Isn't this absoultely gorgeous? It is made of 100% polyester and is 68" by 68" with 7" of fringe. The light-weight floral shawl is perfect for a beautiful southern evening and the long fringe and rhinestone pattern will help add some pizazz to your look. I like that it can be worn as a neck scarf, shawl or to dress up an outfit. I did not need a heavy material down here in Georgia because our weather can turn on a dime and I have all of the winter clothing I need so I just wanted pretty. I just wanted you to know that they have tons of other scarves to look over with heavier cloths for the colder regions. I just wanted something to thrown on before going to dinner on a special night in a simple dress or even pants that would gussy up whatever I was wearing.

Here is a sample of what I am talking about:

See, you could wear that with a black dress, black sweater with jeans or a black sweater and a skirt. Or it could be a mix match of colors, whatever floats your boat. Gosh, they have so many other beautiful scarves that I hope you go and look around and check them out. Did you know they even have men's scarves that start at $15.00? They also have the popular cheetah print scarves that are so popular nowadays!

The collection of winter scarves is pretty impressive and I can't copy pictures of all of them, so go see for yourself. Now, I don't know if I would wear any of these unless I was in a very windy place but they also have wrap scarves and they show you how to do it also!

I hope I have given you some great places to start your journey into finding the perfect scarf for you and for the occasion you wish to wear it to. I am hoping soon to feel good enough to go out and eat with the Gift Card that my husband got for Christmas to Longhorns but it seems like when one of us is feeling good the other one is not!

So, it's like phone tag around here. I plan on wearing new scarf with a white top and black pants and black lightweight sweater with my new black boots I got for Christmas!

By the way, you need to also know how to wash those scarves so that they stay pretty as long as possible and Affordable Scarves thought of that, too. They set up a tutorial guide for you that will show you the right way to wash your scarves! They even have an article on what to do about saving your scarves from moths! They even have a Clearance section and boy, have they got some great deals over there!

I thought you might like to know that they are also having a sale right now!

I'm not actually sure if I'd keep this or give it away. In either case, I'd get the Jeanna Leopard Crinkle Scarf. Nice giveaway. Thanks
